Binance has recently halted the trading for NEBL tokens and they have also delisted them from their exchange.
However, when we try to withdraw them to the bitget Exchange, we are unable to do it because it says that BNB Smart Chain (Bep 20) and ERC 20 networks are suspended.

Binance Will Delist QLC, NEBL and AUTO on 2023-04-18

Now how can one move the NEBL out of the Binance?
The last date to withdraw them is 2023-07-18 but how can we withdraw them when the withdrawal is disabled???

It's the first time I'm hearing about this token, but as long as it is delisted, you won't be allowed to withdraw to BSC (There is no difference between Binance as an exchange and BSC, despite their attempt to say that the network is decentralized.)

But from the screenshot that you provided, the option to withdraw is still possible via Neblio, so why you not using it?
According to CMC you can sell it at ----> https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/neblio/markets/

I am not surprised that Binance keeps delisting some of these Zombie tokens from its exchange, more and more tokens will be delisted because what most of them have going for them is just that they are listed on Binance, even though I expect some of these blockchains to get delisted with time because some of them no one is using them. About suspending withdrawal, NEBL has its own chain, you can withdraw your tokens to the chain but not to Binance and Ethereum chain, this is not the first time Binance is implementing something like this, it has done it for other tokens before.

Simple, it's easy.
1. Withdraw them to NEBL network.
2. Bridge them to the network you are targeting (NEBL - ETH Network).

If you don't know, how to bridge : https://medium.com/neblio-blog/how-to-neblio-ethereum-bridge-600a94846748 here a small tutorial for you. Or you can check an exchange who listed them with NEBL network and withdraw directly to the exchange who support NEBL network.

Solution has been given by ryza.

If that's still not enough then there's no other way but to wait for them to enable it again. Since it's still 3 months away, I doubt it that they'll never enable that.

Neblio's fee isn't that much so I think that Binance is also forcing you guys to withdraw through its own network. But then, if you'll ask the support it will just answer you with uncertain period of time until it reopens the withdrawal on the other two networks.

Binance usually announce this ahead of time to inform those hodlers about delisting, and if you miss this you can ask for the support for the possible option. Though upon seeing on the image, you can use the network of NEBL, have you tried using it? If there’s still a problem then the support is the one who can tell you what to do next. Haven’t heard this project before but getting delisted from a top exchange is something that is not good, better to sell now.

Why not just withdraw the coin using the Neblio network into your custodial wallet first?
The fee is even much lower than on the BNB shit chain.

You could also use MEXC exchange, they have the NEBL network option as well for deposits and the exchange is almost similar to Bitget.

there's still one network not suspended there, I think the answer is rather obvious, if coin is suspended, of course it's gonna need you to withdraw to its native chain, not the alternative chain, even though some can, but in this case it seems binance just don't care about this coin at this point, they don't even care about taking care of its tokenized version.

Good option but Ethereum network will take a lot of fees in transferring and bridging. Also, Bitget and MEXC exchange does not support etherum based NEBL deposits.
Do you have a link to the article where one can bridge NEBL to BSC network?

At the end of the day binance is a business and if they think they are not obtaining enough profits with  a particular token then they are going to delist it, NEBL in particular seem to be going through a very difficult time as its last all time high happened more than 5 years ago and its all time low was reached just a few days ago, plus its market cap is around 3 million, so with this in mind it should not be surprising binance has delisted this coin.

There were tokens more popular than this NEBL but were also delisted by Binance long ago. Cease trading on all trading pairs however is already too much but why are they not allowing the tokens to be withdrawn. I do have some tokens long time ago where Binance also have delisted and not enabling those tokens to be withdrawn.

If its not on their interest, you can just forget the token.

I see that as high-level pumping/dumping scam, they can listing any new token to their exchange because it paid a larger amount as their conditions for inclusion are easy to circumvent if I have a lot of money and they can pump its value --> people will come with their money ---> with the price collapse --> there is not enough liquidity and finally that token is removed. REPEATE

If people stopped investing in these tokens/coins, it will change much and the number of listing/delisting.

The process is quite similar however you can watch this video for complete details on how to bridge the Neblio network to the binance smart chain network. Also in the video, you will see how to move the NEBL coins once receive in your wallet, to any exchange through BSC network.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1OYXNhxn6c

Also, i am copying step-by-step instructions for this conversion, hope this may help.

Quote
How to bridge NEBL from NEBLIO Network to BSC Network:
1. Visit web bridge.nebl.io
2. make sure you already install metamask & add BSC Network on metamask
3. Connect your metamask address into bridge neblio web
4. Copy NEBL address from bridge and buy some NEBL from Binance
5. transfer your NEBL coin binance to Bridge address
6. add SC WNEBL on you metamask
7. wait till your WNEBL showing your balance
8. after received withdraw back to binance using NEBL Network address
9. Done Happy Bridge !!

To be honest, yesterday I checked MEXC app before suggesting the exchange here. It was though the deposit for the native network had not been suspended yet. Perhaps, I was not just keen enough.

I believe there is a concern with the coin in general. Most of the exchanges seemed to have suspended the Neblio deposit wallet, while others are delisting it. Just be very vigilant.

I again checked the MEXC site today and found that they have enabled the NEBL network. Finally it is a sign of relief.
Now my action plan would be to transfer my NEBL from Binance to MEXC through NEBL Network and then move my NBEL from MEXC to Bidget through BSC network and keep them there for long term until the next bull cycle.

The reason i cant sell my NEBL token is that I am in 75% loss from my purchasing price, so I hope the price of NEBL will recover and give me a chance to sell in break even  Sad

The price of NEBL is now 0.11$ and my buying price is 0.15$.  Do you think NEBL will reach again to this price ?

Their business is trading and they incurred from sales and trading fees. There must be some agreement with the volume of each project upon listed and they fall on those lack requirement. Im pretty sure CZ doesnt delist a project whenever they wanted if thats the case then thats a bit harsh from Binance. But Id say there is a ToS of it. Thats a business affair and for sure a lot of projects got same situation.

There still nebl chain for withdrawal though it must be easy if theres still erc20 instead.

This is exactly what the problem is if you put your coins in any of the exchanges because when this kind of thing will happen in any of your coins, they will have total control of it and you can't do anything about it until they changed their minds. Actually, this has happened to me years before and the problem occurred when we cannot withdraw not just a single coin but the entire crypto assets we had on that exchange and we wait for nearly about 2 months until they finally allowed us to freely withdraw. That's why it's really recommended to have your own wallet when you decide to hold huge amount of cryptocurrencies in order to have the full control by yourself.
