What do you need it for?
If you need the btc for a "fee" to withdraw your funds from some site it seems you are getting scammed. Seen and read this several times on the past months.

Wallets don't have "side payments".

Learn. Read. Watch. Learn more. That's what you need to do.
By the time you've done that, you'll know that a "global known wallet" doesn't mean anything. Don't "start trading" when you have no money, it's like gambling and you'll lose. For the mining part: don't even think about it, you're most likely to fall for some cloud mining scam. In short: if you have to ask, you can't mine Bitcoin.

Try your local bank or ask a friend or family, its not quite normal behavior to open an account in a forum and ten minutes later ask strangers for a loan.
The normal thing to do is to present yourself, show who you are and your intentions, and maybe a couple of months/a year later it could be OK to ask somebody here for a loan when you proved yourself honest.
If i was in need of some money i would ask some friend and i would have the money ten minutes later.
Its just strange... i don´t understand why totally new accounts go in and straight ask for a loan, they cant for real believe that somebody would send money to a total stranger.
But is not the best thing to brainstorm and try to find out something your good at and see if its possible to make any money out of that instead?
