well that's redflag right there I think proper swap platform should always have their code up in github and seeing that there are quite many malicious contract for stealing people money i'd be alerted if using this swap platform.
honestly all the points you mentioned all are all important point that the swap platform should be made clear, I wonder if metamask actually gonna show warning in their wallet since their recent updates has about to bring such feature.

I don't even think so but if it's the whales and i would say yes. The institutional investors are always using the retail investors as exit liquidity. The liq providers have been contributing a lot by giving liquidity for others to exit.
The volume was coming from the liq provider. As long as the new token get liq providers and others will trust it as a trusted tokens that can be traded.

Most DEX have already this features LP incentives/  token rewards but this is not for long term most LPs dump reward token making the price crash and small LP suffers, I dont think rewarding tokens to LP is a good idea, if you have a mechanism to make the price of the token rewards maintain its value then is good but if not its hard to attract LPs in a newly bulit DEx like Oscar swap.

Yeah, pretty much generic features without innovation. It's like selling brand a brand new cryptocurrency with gimmicks like it has an immutable blockchain and it's secure and decentralized.

This will all end in some pumped projects, because liquidity providers may cash out on the real investor, so this will not give small cryptocurrency investors any opportunities to make profits and the percentage of both losses and gains is high. The small investors have a high chance of losing their investment in this class of market scheme.

These are common to the other swaps that I've seen. I think there's really nothing new to what you've said and the new ones on this space might be too optimistic with those features you've mentioned.

It's not that every swap that has such good features as these becomes successful. Those that are quite early were the ones to gain the traction and followed by those next to it.
