It's not necessary for them to place bets. As long as they are consistent, gamblers are likely to avail themselves of the service. Tipsters may be good, but there's no guarantee of winning. Maybe there is still a demand for it because if not then we will not seeing one anymore. Fixed match groups might be hard to find and many of them are just scams so people are only sticking with this one. Yes, they are only predictions but maybe the predictor is much skilled than those who avail the service so their chance to win is still higher and I think they already know that losing is still possible once they get unlucky.

Researching is free but you know, many of us are lazy of doing it. Researching for the group that they will be using if it's a scam or not seems easier to do. It's crazy if they will block you after a lose not unless if you are complaining.
