I checked testnet website and I dont see any option for betting with Bitcoin on your website, betting can only be done with connected metamask or magic wallet.
If there is no kyc verification when using Ubet I could understand this, but I prefer using Bitcoin instead of altcoins and tokens.
Can you confirm if there are any play to add BTC and say more about verification registration?

This is a big mess. How come they did not rectify this before coming for a beta test or were they not aware of it? I think they should have done the alpha test internally before rooting for a beta test so as to narrow down their errors if detected by the testers.

With this discovery then it means that one's account is not safe  if linked. So therefore, I would advise anyone trying to take part in the beta test should do that at his or her own safety. Do not use your account in which you have   funds in. Create a fresh new account for the beta test while waiting for the results.

Welcome to the forum mate. The ANN looks good and professional. The information mentioned in the OP are sufficient in order to understand the theme and concept of the sportsbook. The site looks glitchy and messy in the Safari browser of my IOS device. My internet speed is fine, but still I notice slight bugs here. Maybe the site is in beta state, that’s the main reason and hope it will be fixed soon. If currently the site doesn’t accept Bitcoins, then it should be moved to Marketplace(Altcoins) section. As this section of the forum belongs to the sites which accepts Bitcoins.

But YES,  adding Wrapped BTC (WBTC) and WETH are in part of our roadmap so that users can bet using WBTC and WETH. We need to push out our MVP first, and then we can probably start around Q3-Q4ish. It is good to hear that betting using BTC is something that you are interested in! #Bitcoin

Great to hear that you are interested in testing out. Definitely we want users to test and see our improvements. Obviously we want to make our platform more complete, and having actual user test feedbacks are extremely valuable! Please let us know what you like and what you don’t like.

We are currently using Polygon and our testnet is on Mumbai network. We are internally discussing about going to one of L2 layers (with ZK rollup). All the bets go directly to blockchain, so every betting transactions are interacting with smart contracts. We are open to other blockchains too if there are demands

Thanks for trying out on our testnet platform! Right now you need UBCKS tokens for testnet, but initially, you will have to bet using USDC when we go mainnet.  Adding Wrapped BTC (WBTC) and WETH are in part of our roadmap so that users can bet using WBTC and WETH. Going to multichain is also something that we are considering. As long as there are market depends, it is possible to do so. We would also seek the blockchain team’s help in order to launch on other blockchains and onboard the users.

What are smart contracts?
Smart contracts are contracts that are validated and executed on the blockchain. In other words, smart contracts are immutable computer programs that run deterministically in the context of an Ethereum Virtual Machine, in our case, as part of the Polygon decentralized network protocol. For sports betting, these contracts define the betting event, payout terms,  game start date, and settlement results.

How do you create and settle sport betting events in a decentralized manner? Is there a decentralized oracle to facilitate this process? Excited to see another project trying to solve this. As of now, I don't think there is a market leader in this niche, I hope you guys can build it right!

I already suspect that usually web3 has to interact with smart contracts. The L2 layer is also good and other suggestions also using the ETH goerli blockhain testnet and BNB BSC, I've tested the game using Matic polygon mumbai, I think everything seems to be working fine it's just that there are a few other questions I might ask later after I'm done testing .

I think everyone knows that every time they do a test on a particular site or casino it's better to use a special wallet address not a personal wallet that contains our money in it, many cases lose coins in their wallets because they are connected to fraudulent sites or interact with smart contracts, although I also don't trust that, good advice is to use a new wallet for each test because it's much more secure

Do you use a mobile browser from the Iphone?
Because I have tried this beta site using my Android phone, everything is fine, there is no bad appearance.
I think UBET is using polygon mumbai because this chain is currently trending, but I agree if UBET adds a BSC testnet chain which is faster than polygon mumbai. for me.

You skipped or avoided to answer important question I asked about kyc verification on your website, so if you can please write your answer about that.

I don't understand how everything works with your UBCKS tokens but I see risks in using only them and USDC for gambling on your website.
You or someone else could manipulate price of token and make all holdings from players worthless.

I'm sorry to hear that there are glitches in the UI design for iOS devices. We take your comments and bug findings very seriously! We will do that by fixing the bugs immediately.

Currently, the following things happen on-chain: determining the odds (using AMM), betting transactions, and having non-custodial services. Regarding market creations, we deploy the markets to the blockchain and help settle smart contracts by adding game results ourselves. Using the Oracle service is on our TODO list. We will probably start by checking sports betting results with multiple providers. Chainlink is expensive, but they have decentralized oracles for sports betting available. Also, Umbrella Network is working towards adding sports betting settlements. We appreciate you showing your interest and your wish for us to build it right!
