A friend of mine tipped me 150$ on this website and later he told me to withdraw because he needed some funds back so this website has locked me out my account and not willing to answer via live support!

Do you know this friend personally or they just slided on your DMs one day? Asking because this look like the typical scam DM attempt where people are redirected to some shady website to withdraw. It's likely that you will be asked to KYC and/or deposit money to withdraw. Make sure to never comply to any of these because they are known scam scheme.

Perhaps that might work. I wouldn't say your money is guaranteed since the numbers on your account are just numbers not to mention, the website has a poor reputation.

kind of weird that the only way of contacting them outside the casino is through telegram. being a casino I at least expected them to have a dedicated email for their support. you should try contacting them through their telegram you they might answer you there. just curious, have you deposited at this casino before? if you haven't based on the thread Oshosondy shared they might ask you to deposit money first before being allowed to withdraw.

No deposit I had been tipped all the time by my friend If they had something to say they will not keep reading my messages and no reply! On TG they don't reply and email I have sent them but still waiting. They locked my account!

I don't think I understand correctly, your friend tipped you 150$ on this site, so you created an account in order for them to be able to tip you, the deposit entered your account, and later, they changed their mind about tipping and asked you to withdraw because they needed the money back?

something like this So you created an account on the casino --which already have a very bad rating-- just for the tip, and your friend's account itself on the site is completely fine and working, not banned or whatever? And they asked the money back right after sending it? In my custom it's considered as something rude, but I think that's to each of their own. One more thing, if you don't mind, how close you are with this friend and how frequent are they sending you a tip? Certainly they're not just a stranger DMing you saying they need to withdraw their fund from the site but got blocked for whatever reason and reached you to transfer the fund to your account so you can withdraw it for them for some charge that you can keep?

Maybe we're lost in translation and the long sentences without comma. Let's start from the beginning, please answer me with simple yes or no for each questions: 1. Were your account newly created just for the sake of receiving the tip? 2. This friend who tipped you, is a close friend and not a stranger on DM? 3. Was the tip sent by your friend is the first one he sent through the platform? 4. Up to the time this discussion happened, your friend's account is fine and working, only your account that is blocked for withdrawal? For point number 5, it is not a yes/no question, but please help me understand by keep the answer simple, 5. The tip your friend give to you, is it through a deposit to your account or through a tipping/transfer/p2p feature on the site?

Point number 1-4 is just so I can understand the situation better and didn't misunderstand what actually happened. Point number 5 is to figure out a way to solve the problem. As your account is blocked for withdrawal and the fund itself is not being confiscated, and his account is working perfectly, and he asked the tips back, can't you just send the fund back through the very same feature of tipping?

Can't help if the casino is a scam and judging by the negative reviews about them online, I don't think you will get back that money. Luckily, they were just tips and you did spend anything on them Your online friend might be part of the scam, and he may want you to send him more money to pay back his tips that are blocked. Please do not send him any money from outside.

They locked me out ofaccount I can't even login! https://ibb.co/qNNJ7qqI don't see the message informing you that the account is blocked on the attached screenshot, only that you haven't typed the captcha code. I also wondwred, as you don't have an access to your account, how did this photo taken? Did you still got an access at that point? Another idea I proposed, since your friend's account is not blocked, and given that their live support won't reply you, is it possible for your friend to ask the transfer to be canceled from his side? As the tip happened internally within the platform's system, I think it's quite possible that the amount displayed as your "fund" is just a number on screen. There's no real transaction on the blockchain happened until after someone do a withdrawal request. Thus, it's quite easy for them to "reverse" the transfer as they only need to adjust those recorded exchanges between account.

That was pretty much established. They have nothing to lose here on the forum as they're already been tagged since 2022 and couldn't care less about it, their last activity on this forum was also last year, which means there's a very slim chance they're aware of this thread. Their ratings on other platforms are also low and they couldn't bother about it. Bottom line, your hands are rather tied on this situation, I think best you can hope is for your friend to jump in and ask for reversal from his side, since his account is still working.
