Bitcoin is such an uncertain future currency that no one can say for sure what will happen in the future. Hundreds of predictions are constantly being made around Bitcoin. Predictions were made about this valuable currency in the past as well but some have gone down in history by selling this precious currency at a low price.

It's not just that we can't know the future of Bitcoin, we can't tell the future of anything. Whose life is going to happen in the future is beyond our imagination. The future of all things is determined by the Creator. No matter how hard we try, we can never change our future. Today you are healthy but you don't know what is going to happen in your life tomorrow.  Humans have no control over the future.

Not only here but also in the past hundreds of Bitcoins have been traded which is amazing to see today. Those who traded Bitcoin at that time are now only regretting it and those who bought and held Bitcoin at that time, it is amazing to think how much their fortunes have changed today.

It is natural to regret the market from where it is now. But if you consider the practical aspects, how much is it logical to regret? Because in the context of the market at that time, people sold those coins for their own needs, and still such incidents are happening. 
The price of Bitcoin can go much higher than the current price of Bitcoin but we are selling our Bitcoins for our needs. Such events will continue to happen because people will need to make a living and those who are engaged in this profession will fulfill their needs through Bitcoin.

I can't remember how many assets I sold at rock bottom in 2016, 2017 and after, but I can't regret it because I know there was no point other than just taking the time now to grow a portfolio for the future. They may not be regretting it, at that time when they sold their bitcoins, I am sure that they were not really concerned about the price it was sold, they were just happy that they could sell it, and someone bought it. They do not sell all the bitcoins they had, just some. The fact that someone could buy would have encouraged them to get more.

Exactly! I mean nobody even knew that it would come at this point of time where Bitcoin would be around thousands per coin anyway. I am also sure that Martti didn't really regret that Bitcoin sold, unless someone can link me an interview of his thoughts about 14 years from that time. People are seemingly forgetting that inflation was still quite a bit tame that time if I recall correctly, so that price ain't really that bad. I wouldn't regret it also if it happened to me as well.

I wonder as well on how many OGs are still here holding thousands of Bitcoin without getting locked up in their wallets or even forgetting that they were holding a lot. I couldn't imagine though.

Earlier I saw Bitcoin price was very low few years ago. I thought to invest then but I didn't think to invest that much. If there was a time machine these people you mentioned would have turned back the hand of time and sold in 2021 when there was ATH. Though this only exists in movies and if this was possible I doubt if Bitcoin recognition will be as this and also the value also might even be lesser than what those people sold it for.

I think the thought you made is only seen in movies. In reality it's impossible if someone knew how much the price of Bitcoin would rise in the next month or if it was going to dump, he would sell his financial assets and buy and hold Bitcoin.  In this way, he could have become the richest man in the world. But it is impossible, I think it is not possible in this way. We can use the time when the price of bitcoin is dumping, we can make some investments. When the price of bitcoin increases, then sell the bitcoins.  We can get the money.

If we have a time machine its changes the present timeline but if there's the case then, if course ill make fulfil all of my regrets in not investing with bitcoin at that time, imagine tons of people are using the bitcoin as their mode of payment with a pizza or any single item seems like huge regret in my part, ill grab the opportunity to accumulate as soon as possible but of course it depends when you change the past there's a chance you become more successful or not due to too much spending of money.

even though malmi and laszlo look very stupid for selling the thousands of bitcoins they have at very cheap prices but look at the bright side, their names are recorded in history and we will always celebrate bitcoin pizza day because it was inspired by laszlo.

I also have a little regret, back when the bounty was still paying huge amounts, I didn't convert it all to bitcoin, I even splurged and spent it to buy a car, that was really a big mistake for me. even though I want to go back to that time but I think letting go of that moment is much better than regretting it, it's all a valuable lesson.

I think there are lot of possibilities if we talk about time travel and most will dream of getting what's valuable at this time like investing in btc when it was too cheap or say Laszlo would have offered USD only instead of 10,000 BTC but it's not possible so we should not make such discussion.The people will still say the same 10 years later that if they have invested at $30k it would be golden period for them.So best is to take chances in present rather then regretting for past and making future bad also.

Of course, people would try to buy as many bitcoins as possible if they could return in time. But those who have missed the opportunity to buy bitcoin at a low price need not regret it because it is past and they cannot return to the past. Many people will likely regret selling their Bitcoin back then because they are considering the current price, but that should only apply to those who did so for no apparent reason. If, however, they had valid reasons to sell their Bitcoin back when it was still cheaper, I don't see them regretting their decision.

I usually maintain that if I have a legitimate cause to sell my bitcoin investment, even during the bear market that I am in lost, I will do so, and I will never regret it even I see my close people making huge profits from it later. I have no idea why someone would have an issue, and have the money to address it, yet be unable to do so due to the profit they hoped to make in the future.I believe a person with peace of mind is better than someone that have the money but not peace of mind.

I am not sure if I would buy Bitcoin if I could travel back to the past. Even if I did invest, I wouldn't be certain that I could hold onto it until its peak value of $69K last year, given that it would require holding onto Bitcoin for 13 years between 2009 and 2022

The question is, if you were from the future and had a time machine to travel back to 2023, what would you do?  I suspect I would think it is probably a good idea to buy ownership in as many companies as possible (invest in the S&P 500), and earn as much crypto as possible.  I imagine you would set up miners and make Bitcoin purchases as often as you can.  Maybe that would even be a curse, as you would probably miss out on your life trying to capture as much future wealth as possible.  If you managed to have kids, I bet they'd live a pretty cushy and spoiled life though.  Hopefully that would be your goal if you go that route.

Every investors that wants to make good profits through bitcoin should just forget about the past price of the market because bitcoin is still at his early stages because even at this stage the price is still low compare to it previous ATH. But there are so many possibilities that one can achieve if they get their hands on a time machine. But that is a fairy tale. If we think too much about the past, we will forget to enjoy the present. As we have seen, multiple times, that bitcoin has the ability to jump back to the top after facing some downs. So all we need to do is buy and hodl.
