Ledger Order Data Collection Option?

On ledger site when making order, it ask for your email address.  A while back i did order and used same email.  As of now i even get those ledger emails.


Going to use the same email and there is option to check



Ledger collects and processes your persoal data to manage your order


I consent to receiving emails from Ledger about products, updates, and industry news.





Do I check that or not?  My email already gets those emails.  I must have check it last time?



Seems like check no check order would probably go through?

potentially, if you are interested, check the option even if it has already been made for a first purchase.
usually for this type of purchase/subscription a secondary email is used...
I refer to the secondary email because they should also spam or these emails potentially can be used without consent (by a third part) it will not change anything in terms of security.

i recalled if this was asked years ago when i purchased it, i chose yes.  That is why i still get those ledger email and updates right?



So when making an order now, you can either choose to check mark it not?  Anyway the order goes through?

Ledger support live chat is not available so want to know if checking it or not matters or not.  I remember years ago, i checked the box if there was one... because want to make sure the order goes through.
