With my little experience at least i don spend good 5 years here and July 15th this year fit make me 6 years here, look too well those people wey don reach higher rank dem we first them show here despite say dem open eyes run reach whatever rank them reach today e no matter, wetin mata pass na how you take follow instructions and do your thing well. Wetin i believe say everybody go still reach that rank them want if them get patient.

Well, big man sorry to tell you @Charles-tim, if you must watch very well i never knew my right and left in this forum for about 2 to 3 years if i am not mistaken, I was only focusing on the bounty section thinking that was were life ends. As a matter of fact i never put that much effort on this forum based on my Marine training (basically, Electrical Installation and Maintenance onboard (ETO, Electro Technical Officer) the vessel at ONNE PHC), which took all my time after i noticed nothing were coming out from bounty's as it was at the earliest time of 2018. I think is just last year ending i began to put efforts so don't judge me by merits because many of us as we started has long abandoned this forum for long because there no mentorship and guidance, Bro na all this experience make me come here dey talk oo so no just reason my matta, you self fit put hand increase am for me   at least if you show me love e no go pass you big man.

You aren't far from the truth because at some point I got discouraged looking elsewhere to sustain my family since I don't have that time and patient to seat at place with smartphone or computer. The reason I posted it is because I do not wish other people to start creating advising topics. I did that in the past on the main boards in beginners and help and reputation board. But I was newbie and showing to people that says it is difficult to rank on Bitcointalk, and that only established members are sharing the smerits, that they are sharing the smerits within themselves. I brought such topic up to let them (the upcoming newbies) know that they can do it too.

Omo.. Eh really shock me say both you O.P and MainIbem don dey this forum for more than 5yrs and yet still struggling at "Full & Sr. Member" rank oh. But shah, I go say make una no give up, because in this life no be everybody grace nah dey the same oh, of which eh no mean say we wey don grow better pass una oh, but only just that we were able to grab the opportunity and use it at the right time. Because I fit remember back then when I was still a lower rank member for this forum, and I took out time to study the forum for months, to know the kind of post wey dey get merit and why eh dey get merit, so as to be able to capitalize on creating such kind of content in the future to get merits too, and I swear to you I no go lie, that method actually helped me, simply because I was able to understand what works here and apply it instantly, of which I know say any Newbie reading this post of mine can also do the same, only if you can create out time to study what works on this forum and apply it immediately before it gets saturated, because I bet you, that was the exact strategy "Agbe" and I used which got us this far.

And again, I joined this forum in 2016, posted for a while, then abandoned the forum till 2020 when I came back to find out alot have change, i started all over again like a newbie, and sincerely, I thank God for the level where I am today - so before you judge any user by the amount of merit the user have, or rank, hear or read his or her story first.

E get the talk wey say patience is a virtue. That talk no be lie. Most people no get patience at all them want quick quick result and this kind of things don land Dem for big trouble wey pass their head.  As far as this bitcointalk platform dey like this so, na patience person go need to get to grow or rise through ranks. No be one day thing no be even one month thing but na gradual process and steps wey dey involved.

This ranking of a thing for this forum na base on your efforts on post quality for the forum. If am to sae, no be only you started on a wrong note of "focusing on bounty section". Many of us started on the same lane as well before we get to this present position wey we d now. Anyway all those things happen to us based on sae we be newbie and we no get any mentor or guidance for the forum. Peso mind then na altcoin bounties na where better dey pass(wey be sae na lie). Peso no d even focus on building em account. Wetin peso know na to make that 10 posts per week that's it, to the end of the bounty campaign.

One thing I find out for this forum and I keep telling newbie be sae, you go fit get to any level wey you think or dream of someday. Just be patient. There is no hurry sae you go reach to a particular rank as soso time.

Anyway, in case if you d among those wey d think sae them don spend years for the forum and they are still a junior member or member rank, no try feel bad or give up on the forum sae nothing come out for you for the forum. Wetin I go tell you be sae make you try find out where you are getting it wrong. Whether you d among those wey d  focus on altcoin bounties especially without putting much efforts on building their account on making quality post. Even if I know him, I do not see anything wrong to give my opinion for him bringing up an advice topic as I do not see it necessary. Later on my second post, I stated the reason is to just discourage people (especially the newbies) from doing such a thing.

Cryptomiles1 posted again, I saw the post to be good and I can give it merit. I was the first person to send the post merit, because he moved from being a bounty hunter, to becoming a better poster as he explained. That is a good encouragement for newbies and shit posters that are bounty hunters. This thread become good for me to follow up until I see what I called nonsense post because it is not inline to our recent discussion and completely off-topic that started to pollute this thread and make our discussion not worthy again.

I will encourage people to read thread fully before posting. We should not just because we want to meet out weekly post to just read the first posts and post too. Although, I am not implying that Fivestar4everMVP wants to meet post week count, but he did not read this thread in full but just come in an African mentality conclusion.

I have never sets my eyes on you before or even to seat out with you, I know we are one from same country but doesn't mean we've all seen each others, whatever may be the case from any poster who seems not to comprehend your post that doesn't mean such person should jump into conclusion.
How do one starts being a quality poster here.
At first, that person or person's should be able to read all text word to words just as I does, I spent sometimes 10 to 15 minutes only reading to make sure I fully comprehend what the op is saying before I post out of contents and since I began that I hardly see's my post being deleted by moderators.
