I would suggest that you fix or change your payment processor.  It is giving you a bad name by overcharging deposits.  It is not good for a new platform like you to have this kind of performance and making users to have a bad firsthand experience.  This may hinder your casino progress because there are lots of casino that does not charge any processing fee during deposit.  Just stating how disadvantageous your deposit system is.
