I think the network fee should be irrelevant to the minimum deposit since the transaction fee in deposits is shouldered by the user.  In addition, some casinos allowed a minimum deposit of $10  while others are far less than that.

they can do that since they have control over withdrawal.  They can set the withdrawal to pending until the deposit is fully confirmed.  I think some casinos implement this kind of system.  If I am not mistaken, livecasino and bitcasino enable their users to play with an unconfirmed deposits but they are unable to withdraw any funds and winnings from them until the deposited fund is fully confirmed.

Fatfork indeed did a great job finding this out, I also when I visited the casino, seeing the chat log, and reading the some of what was being discussed, i felt something was really wrong as I felt the chat were really too composed to be from real human beings, just thought that in my mind and scrolled off, didn't give it much attention afterwards..

Its really a shame on this new casino, and the nowdice admin seems not to care about this, this, as little as it seem can drive a lot of potential customers away, if I was the admin, i will immediately turn of those bots, and let real humans take over the chat, it doesn't matter how deserted the chat box will be, it can only be for a while, it is always better to be real and fake anything - business wise.
