I save around BDT 10000 in a year and invest in Bitcoin. I will hold the investment for a long time. According to many researchers, we will soon see a bull market. Bitcoin will be over $100K in 2025

It's a good sign that you deeply think about future from now, while at that time most young boys are careless, but anyway it's pretty awesome that you select Bitcoin for holding your assets value rather than any other fiat, as everyone know Bitcoin is future and everyone who trust take a risk and invest will get significant profits, also thier assests will not lose value too,
Everyone has different mindset but I think due to volatility no one can predict the future price of Bitcoin correctly so the best things is you just wait for perfect time as accumulate Bitcoin as much as possible.

Lately I think it is better to invest in bitcoins than depositing money in the bank. Day by day people have lost trust in banks. It is heard that many banks are going bankrupt and closing down.

Yeh after Ancident of Silicone valley bank most of people avoid to trust banks anymore, because in case of ancident with bank you will only got few percentage of your funds from government which is totally unacceptable..

As a student your focus should be on studies and not on crypto because

1) There is age for everything. If you compromise studies for crypto, you will repent it later.

2) If you focus on studies, you can earn more and spend that money to acquire more crypto.

Well you cannot turn back the clock.. so hopefully you would learn some lessons from your having had sold too many of your 2015/2016 coins too soon.

Many people make those kinds of mistakes, yet they continue to fail/refuse to learn from their mistakes.. which seems to be what you are continuing to do by continuing to regret rather than figuring out some kind of a reasonable/prudent BTC accumulation plan and sticking with it for years and years rather than fucking around with a bad mindset, which includes selling too much too soon.. but still ongoingly failing/refusing to fix your seemingly ongoing mindset mistake.   .. which may well have to do with your ongoing continuing to consider bitcoin in terms of its dollar value rather than figuring out some kind of way to accumulate sats.. in order that 5-10 years down the road you are not making the same kinds of regretful statements in regards to your failure/refusal to act (and learn something) rather than to whine about your past bygones.

no one can predict the future price of Bitcoin correctly so the best things is you just wait for perfect time as accumulate Bitcoin as much as possible.

There is no "best" or "perfect" time to accumulate bitcoin, but instead it is better to get the fuck started and stop pondering largely dumbass/lame/inferior ideas about "best" or "perfect" timing of BTC buy attempts.

Who gives any shits about pondering how to terminate an investment.  There are a lot of uncertainties when anyone chooses to invest in an asset long term, such as 4-10 years or longer... and OP even mentioned that he might want to exit in 2025 when he considers that the BTC price might be $100k...

Personally, I don't have any problem with ongoing contemplation of ways in which we might have various ways that we can liquidate some or all of our investment (including something like BTC); however, if we know that those kinds of possible liquidation avenues remain available, there is no reason that we have to specify any kind of a termination plan.. especially if we consider that there are decently likely odds that bitcoin is still going to be around (and likely have good chances of continuing to build and prosper) for years and years and years down the road..

And, sure there are possible downside scenarios, including that BTC might go to zero, and in those kinds of considerations, we might want to consider how much that we are investing into BTC and if we are willing to potentially ride it down in the event that various going to zero scenarios could end up playing out.. including attempting to realistically assign odds to such going to zero scenarios.. that are not non-zero... even though they may also be pretty damned low.. relatively speaking and relative to other investment and also relative to upside scenarios that also likely need to be considered whenever we might be considering any asset class, including bitcoin and including bitcoin's seemingly great asymmetric upside scenario nature... if not only great, bitcoin may well be close to one of the best asymmetric bets available to all people, if not the best.

I do agree with the idea that sometimes we have to be careful in terms of diluting our interest and we also need to be able to focus, but your blanket negative nancy assertion about OP's proposed plan seems to be that you yourself are not able to focus.. because you seem to not even know what the fuck OP was talking about in terms of his talking about bitcoin..

Maybe if you rewrite your post, and use the word "bitcoin" rather than "crypto", then perhaps it might help you to focus your own thoughts a wee bit moar better in order that we might be able to better understand the extent or possible importance of your criticism of OP's plan, if you have any kind of possible valid criticism that might exist once you clarify what it is that you are suggesting that you might be concerned about.

You think that's how it works?  How do you know that OP is lacking in focus?  How do you know that "studies" would be a better focus for OP?  Are you thinking about any particular area of study that might be worthy of OP's focus, besides bitcoin?

Also, money earning potential?  Do you consider bitcoin to ONLY be about money?  Do you consider that higher level education will "always" lead to better jobs? better pay?  How about other reasons that people might go to college?  Are there any reasons that people might go to college besides being able to earn more money?

There might be ways to attempt to be more specific in terms of describing various ways that bitcoin accumulators might go wrong in terms of their attempt to get rich quicker than might otherwise be reasonable/feasible, and for sure, one of the distractions could end up being getting involved in various pump and dump shitcoins because they are trying to trade, but if we might attempt to set that shitcoin angle aside for the moment, then maybe we might consider the matter in terms of how much of a monetary float that anyone might need to have in order to be able to invest into anything.. whether bitcoin or any other investment. 

Sure people can do whatever they want, but if we are trying to address situations in which people are striving to invest and to build instead of gambling, then frequently there are going to be needs to attempt to be somewhat introspective and also just figuring out several financial and psychological details in order to reach a kind of meaningful and individually tailored balance.

And even though I can't buy a whole bitcoin, but only rather small parts of it, I remain confident that both historical data and fundamental analysis indicate its further growth. Yes, it may not be as huge growth as at the stage of its inception, but it will still exceed the growth of traditional assets. Both in absolute numbers and in time. And the investor should appreciate not only the potential profit, but also the inherent waiting time for this profit, since the shorter it is, the faster he will be able to reinvest these funds, thus increasing the total capital.

We cannot turn back the hand of time, there is one thing which I have learnt about life, to take our our past experience as something that's preparing us for the greater opportunity ahead, regret is one things most times I don't like doing, so you regretting that you sold off your Bitcoin on the earliest stage before the bull run is actually something anyone can do, but let me ask this question, if everyone who bought, mined and hold alot of Bitcoin hold it all off without selling till now do you think Bitcoin adoption will be outreach the way it has right now. And another thing their is that you were actually not informed or you have a very little believe regarding what the price of Bitcoin might turns out to be in times to come. And at the very moment when you sold your Bitcoin the price and the funds gotten could have actually solved a pressing need.
That being said, regret something is one thing I see as suppressor, like it might actually hold you down from achieving something things which you could have, because you have really moved passed your past which you call a mistake.

I agree with all of what you had said Etranger, but sometimes just a few words can make a difference in terms of how you are thinking about how guaranteed any kind of an asset class might perform or continue to perform, and surely sometimes we might not even exactly agree about how to describe its historical performance.

So look at my change to your wording.  You said "it will still exceed the growth of traditional assets" and I think that a better way to say almost the same thing is: "it will still has decent good chances to exceed the growth of traditional assets."

Maybe I am quibbling about words.. and surely there are a variety of ways to say similar things but NOT necessarily describe the future (or better performance of bitcoin) as if it were guaranteed, even though bitcoin still seems to be amongst the best of asset classes that is widely available to everyone.. if not the very best.

Another thing that I would continue to highlight is that bitcoin continues to have an unfair advantage to be an asset class that is very early in its growth, and so therefore accordingly, it has way greater chances to outperform mature asset classes because bitcoin is likely to continue to pick up greater and greater adoption and network effects.

Surely none of us who are investing into bitcoin should feel that it is not fair to other assets to have to compete with bitcoin because bitcoin has an unfair advantage because it remains so small (and likely still quite less than 1% of world-wide adoption), yet one of the advantages of having asymmetric information is being able to profit from such information.  Everyone can study bitcoin and figure it out, but a lot of people continue to poo poo it, and a lot of other people continue to believe the nonsense and the misinformation of those people who are ongoingly poo-pooing bitcoin and naysaying it.  Those kinds of dynamics likely continue to keep bitcoin under priced, and a lot of room for growth and those of us who are continuing to be able to appreciate and recognize bitcoin's value can continue to buy bitcoin and continue to feel a certain amount of comfort that we are getting a good deal no matter what the price that we buy and even though for sure there still can be a lot more periods in which BTC's price continues to get driven down in spite of its ongoingly strong fundamentals in terms of what it is providing to the world, what is likely to continue to provide and the fact that there is not really any evidence that bitcoin is broken in any way or that its investment thesis is getting weaker rather than getting stronger with the passage of time (aka Lindy Effect).

The decision that we have right at this moment is what are we going to do?  how much are we going to allocate to bitcoin, and how are we going to go about accumulating bitcoin, if that is what we decide to do.

A couple of the best ways to accumulate bitcoin is DCA on a regular basis, such as once a week, and I tend to recommend $100 per week if you can, but if you can only do $10 per week or a smaller amount (such as $10 per month like OP seems to be doing), then do what you can.

Whining doe not really help anyone, including yourself - unless you somehow believe BTC is at a top or some kind of nonsense like that... which does not seem to be the case.. but yeah, anything could happen, so even if you invest now, you could still end up losing everything... so in that sense, there might be some need to study the matter if yo are not sure.. but you can also study the bitcoin matter and invest at the same time, and perhaps just choose a smaller amount to invest, if you happen to be uncertain about bitcoin as an investment.. it is ultimately up to each one of us to figure out our finances, our psychology and then figure out a plan that we can act upon that is greater than merely whining about past mistakes and past "could have beens".. which hardly mean anything.. we all have "could have beens" and it is likely annoying to hear anyone complaining about "could have beens" unless perhaps maybe they are coupling their whining with actual actions at the same time that they are whining about the "poor widdo me" matters.

I agree with you and think that we have very good idea that being a student we plane to involve in some kind of trades. Trading in student life can be an interesting and potentially rewarding experience, but it's important to approach it with cautions. As a student, you may have limited financial resources/ money or capital, you can start your trade with similar little value coins and make a good profit. At last, remember that trading is not a guaranteed way to make money, and losses are possible, but it’s advisable to seek guidance from experienced traders and do your homework complete before involving in Bitcoin or any other crypto currencies.

Plus even if they legalized Bitcoin, it's system are decentralized which make too hard for the government to control and regulate since there's some people who do some illegal stuff in Bitcoin, even criminals. Some country tried to put some taxes in crypto due to they found out that people are earning a lot more than an average person job. Still they failed so i think it's one of the reason for them to not legalized it which is too hard for them to manipulate. Legal or not they couldn't even stop people to explore something that they think it's great for them. Do your thing and do your own research.

Scammers will always be in the crypto space regardless of how well you educate your kids and whoever they are about the potential to be scammed. I hope everyone is careful with anything suspicious online especially when they regularly use social media. Sensitive matters should not be posted publicly including the amount of your assets in the main wallet, it only invites more attempts by scammers to possess your assets.

It is true that users must take full responsibility for the assets they own. Safety advice must be heeded and they must not be ignored to minimize the risk of loss. Avoid more bad internet surfing especially on sites that contain lots of advertisements, some of which will very likely be able to harm you.

You may come to this time and regret the things you have done in the past. I want to tell you that there is no point in regretting the past. Instead of regretting the past, learn from the mistakes you have made in the past and learn what you should have done in the past.
