Since I dey this forum I never really notice any Nigerian when dey mine bitcoin so most of the answer you'll receive here wii just be based on what they understand and not what they have experienced, but incase you're really interested in learning the in-to-to of mining then you probably should consider following the link provided by @Amphenomenon and ask question there although it won't be just mining in Nigeria alone  but mining inn general.

Most people discover about 'this forum' from a friend or someone close to them; however, only a small percentage of those who are truly interested in bitcoin find the site on their own. I'm not sure the category you fall into but I hope you get the knowledge that you seek.

I'm not sure how well electricity is supplied in your area, but if you're the type that receives constant electricity for more than 12 hours a day, it might not be a problem for you, but if you're the type that receives "two to four" hours light, it will be a huge hindrance for you unless you have another alternative to generate your own electricity to power your mining rig. Remember the cost of electricity also matters here.

Apart from electricity, the only obstacle you'll face is funds to purchase a mining machine. You should understand that you cannot mine bitcoin with any system. You've probably come across some website advertising that you can mine through their mining cloud by just paying a charge and leaving your PC connected to their server, but you can't.
To mine, you'll need to invest in some ASIC hardware.

You see ehn, this platform dey on since but na only wey person dey inquisitive and ready to know naim Dem dey see am. Well from the way sef you dey Yan here I know say na so you take know here.

Unto the bitcoin mining levels, I no sure say people wey dey this platform dey mine bitcoin like that. You see ehn, gone are the days when person fit use him laptop mine bitcoin, you no fit use that lapi levels for mining again as the mining equipments and gadgets don change levels too.  For we country, I no think say government dey into this bitcoin mining matter as Dem never really talk anything about am but the only thing I hear wey government talk be say make bank no dey allow trade for Crypto currencies which also includes bitcoin.

For your mata of teaching or learning about bitcoin from schools, I no think e go dey feasible because bitcoin no get curricular for that mata of school issues. Even some teachers and lecturers are still yet to comprehend the blockchain to know better how it works.

But as e be now, e dey almost impossible to mine Bitcoin for Naija due to d high cost of electricity and d expensive equipment wey u need to buy. E good to sabi say we get resources wey we fit use learn about Bitcoin mining. You do not need to know about coding or programing before you can be a miner. Let me explain further:

Bitcoin miners needs miners (ASICs) and electricity. If the miner can not be a mining pool, he will need to join a mining pool.

A miner should know how to calculate the electricity he is using and if it is going to be profitable. This is more about basic mathematics and basic physics.

There are even mining calculators on some online sites or mining pool sites.

Mind you that no be to get deep pockets be the koko, the main thing na to make profit from your mining investment, why you think say miners dey relocate go where electricity and other conditions dey cheaper/favorable, na because them wan make profit na, no be say dem no fit arrange mining rig for their country. So you fit dey rich for Naija, buy all the things wey you need, but based on the money you dey spend on things wey you suppose get for cheap, mining no go dey profitable for you and you go gats shut am down, another thing na competition, if you go fit generate enough hashrate to compete with other miners, the best thing in such situation na to join an extant big mining pool sha, and earn based on the hashrate wey your individual miner dey contribute, e no easy oh.

But as we no get join early to start mining, we go still follow trade bitcoin with others because even for there e get a lot of benefits too.
