I think it would be prudent to keep all of your options open and not just rely on your dealings with just one law firm, that way you can decide on which company you feel comfortable with representing you and most important you will be able to compare what they are offering in terms and then make a decision.

That's a very huge amount but have you exerted all your efforts this should be a big concern for the Crypto community why not reach out first to big Crypto media like Cointelegram and ask an audience to publish your issue or story if your funds are clean they need to refund, it will help others who like to trade with a huge amount not to pick Exodus if they failed to act on what they promise, then suing them is the best option.
I think a demand letter from a law firm will force them to act on their promise.

If you wrote to them in a calm and professional manner to query your case they should not have blocked you but if they deemed you were aggressive or rude maybe that was their excuse (or rationale). Would you be able to post the message you sent them which resulted in them blocking you?

You'll have to do what you have to do now the whole Crypto community is supporting you if they've done this to a big trader like you what more to small traders, they seem to undermine the power of the Crypto community, they should come out with a statement if they don't want publicity and they should just make a refund, since they promise it.
I'm sure many are watching this and fully aware of the issue, I'm thinking of dumping Exodus right now.

OP can ask people to help him file complaints on those links you mentioned, you never walk away from that $30 k this is an issue that will haunt Exodus until this is not resolved and this is a reference whenever we talk about Exodus's reputation in the community, I don't think Exodus can go on ignoring this complaint, Exodus should help OP to resolve the issue because its in their platform that OP losses this huge amount.

It is actually $350K not $30K and I don't think the OP really needs anyone to help him file for complaint on the website i provided and if the OP is from the US I will advise he make use of the SEC link since one of the Exodus developer team is from the US.

I just read your post about your problem with Exodus and Criptointercambio

I suffered since last Thursday exactly the same problem with 100k$, I also completed their KYC and sent the document which proves the origin of the funds, but Critointercambio does not answer any of my emails concerning the progress of their procedure or on How long does it take.
Criptointercambio is located in Chile so I thought about hiring a local lawyer.
Could you let me know if you manage to solve your problem and how? I will be sure to do the same.

Exodus support doesn't answer emails, but they are very quick to block me in their accounts, like Discord (  Reason: Account Suspicious).
How's that for Elon Musk, taking my $350,000 and calling me suspicious!

Glad to hear this, but can you share more details like how much you did get back (from the total amount)? Did they contact you before sending the money? Did you reach any compromise like repaying you in installments?
Anyway, happy to hear that your case is about to get resolved and that exodus are not ignoring you. But this should be a lesson for everyone to never trust custodial services.

It's good that you got your money back, even if it took more than a month since your issue has now been resolved, it's time to change the title of the thread to resolve and lock this thread.
But Exodus should see to it that they partnered with a trusted third-party exchange because it harms the reputation that they've built up for many years.

Before locking the thread and changing the title to resolve, I would like to ask how did it go.

Did Exodus help you to get your money to their third-party exchanger?
Did they issue an apology for keeping your funds for almost a month which is not right because as you said it greatly affects your plan?
Did they compensate you for going through all this, the amount is so huge that if it happens to many of us here will have sleepless nights and go through depression.
Do they promise or have a plan to replace or get another partner exchange that is more trusted?
A yes or no answer to all these questions is enough and will give us a hint if we can still trust Exodus.
