User interface
The user interface navigates great and it is straight forward to use. It is exactly what you'd want from a web3 sportsbook. Quick to navigate, not too flash or complex, and easy to use. Two pages is all you need to gain full access to what Ubetsports are offering, and that's all you need from a sportsbook that has quick usage capability.

App interface
Sleek, easy to navigate, nice to use. Great job here, I can not fault it!


If I were to give one suggestion, it would be to add a title to the menu & filters section. Right now since they are not labelled, a user sees the menu as a menu, and only realizes that it isn't one until they notice the (unlabelled) filters).


Bet interface
Another great job. Welcoming, easy to use, and no room for improvement here.


Deposit & withdraw
Depositing is as you'd expect from most common web3 services. Being, you approve your spending limit, and sign your bets from then on. It's quick, seamless and cheap, since it works using the MATIC blockchain. The best part? The tokens never leave your wallet. All the bets that you make are sent as you make them, otherwise, your balance is your wallet balance. Decentralization! Nice work!

Project vision & mission
The vision and mission are something that any web3 viewer will be able to get behind. I believe that the ubetsports team need to grab their vision and mission and OWN IT! Splash it all on the homepage instead of hiding it in a separate "who are we" page. As any good brand builder knows, viewers scroll past the first page and many don't go further than that. The majority either view and leave, or view and join. In-short:
- If you want to convert liquidity providers, the vision needs to go on the homepage. The vision is powerful for this call to action to provide liquidity.
- If you want to convert players, the homepage is doing a good job of that...however the mission can add even more emphasis to bring new players in.



In saying this, all of the information under "who are we" and a lot of the information on the homepage can be merged. There is no point in having two separate pages. Reduce the spacial wastage on the homepage and make this happen. In fact, merging all of the pages is probably a good idea too. Some points to make the former work:
- The FAQ's at the bottom can easily take half of the page instead of the full width. The Testimonials can share the other half.
- "Why Ubet" can be shared with the ubet roadmap, or the "who are ubet users" parts of the who are we page
- Add better accompanying and individual graphics to express the vision and mission and give them their own sections with a sleek full-width and low vertical height section on the homepage.

Don't let this powerful content go to waste!

Healthy sports betting community
Aside from the Discord, there is not much that I can say about the sports betting community being healthy. I suppose the marketing is somewhat friendly and not as pushy as other sportsbooks. From this standpoint, I can agree. To go further on this seeming-goal of Ubetsports, maybe adding an internal forum that is a part of the app will enable people to chat. Or, a shoutbox. Promoting a heatlhy culture within either of these on-site functionalities might be a good idea for user retention and create a sports-betting web3 hangout, good for business!

Rewards and promotions
The discord referral program is great however I believe that the "Tournaments" section could be improved a lot. Adding some tables or real-time tracking and leaderboards could drastically emphasize that players are rewarded for their actions. I'd recommend this as a focus, instead of off-site strategies. I can see this flourishing when more focus is added to making rewards/promos on-site.

Additional suggestions & bugs found

Adding "Add token to wallet" or similar button into app interface.
I had to visit the explorer to be able to add the UBCKS token to my wallet. I would suggest to add a button or include this in the web3 functions so that users do not miss adding the token to their wallet/have to explore to add it to their wallet.
 
Bug: Refresh button does not work on My Bets page
Once you place a bet, going to the My Bets page does not show the bet instantly, nor does the "refresh" button work. The expected values change, however the bet itself does not show up in the open list.

Make the tournament guide in-platform or direct it to the relevant doc.
Personally, I believe that a on-site page should be built to push and promote tournaments. Right now, it just leads to the Get Started page of the docs which shows no information about the tournaments.

Please, don't use google forms for support tickets.
You'd be better off adding an email contact form than using google for your support tickets. Either make the ticket system on-site, or make a contact form. Not everyone likes google, I don't believe many web3 users like it. Try to avoid this.

Add an in-site referral system.
The discord referral contest is a good social campaign, however it is not a good way to entice affiliates. Affiliates want to earn from their referred players, they want metrics, they want their own unique on-site link. Create a referral system that adds the users' address in the link and a dashboard to track their statistics.

My Review on Ubetsports.io

User Interface:

The sportsbook is very responsive and the color choice is very calming due to the cyan-to-dark color combination. All the feature on the sportsbook is well arranged in a manner that user can easily understand how to place a bet. After I familiarize the sportsbook environment then I place immediately 2 bets on the available sports.



As you can see in my picture above, 1 bet won and the other one lose. The page doesn't automatically update my balance after I click redeem all and it needs to be refreshed before it was reflected.



There's a notification when you redeem but I hope it includes a note to refresh the website to update the balance because I wait on the screen hoping that it will be automatically updated since there's a pop-up notification.

Moving on, After I successfully redeem all my rewards from the previous bet, I encounter an error which doesn't allow me to place a bet anymore with a not of insufficient tokens while my wallet still has enough gas fee and UBCKS token coming from my previous bet. I report the issue immediately through the discord support ticket and it took a day or more but it is already fixed now.



After the error was fixed. I place again another 2 bets but this time both bets won. The problem is the bet is still tagged as LIVE even though the game finished a couple of hours ago. Even the game is not settled, I manage to redeem my initial bet while my expected is still pending. I hope they improve this to make bet settlement quicker.





Anyway, I have fun using the service because this kind of bet placement is new to me and it's good to use a smart contract for sports bet like this.


Payment:

Connection of the wallet is very easy. It only took me a few seconds to create an account by connecting my metamask wallet. Deposit and Withdrawal are very quick since they just need to approve one time then everything will be processed quickly

Mission and Vision:
The team objective is focused on a decentralized community which makes this project special. With the existence of smart contracts, We don't need to worry anymore if our bookie will cheat on us because everything is controlled by the community even the liquidity. There's a real demand for this product and I'm sure that the team will hit their if they keep building and improving the service that they will offer.


Community and Rewards:
The Ubetsports community is very competitive and friendly. You won't see any thrash talk in there but just a healthy discussion. I saw that there are a lot of users joining the competition since there were a bunch of users before me who claimed the free UBCKS token for the tournament.

The rewards of the tournament seem very hard to see. I can see the leaderboard but there's no info about the rewards per rank. I hope the leaderboard includes the rewards prize pool to make it more attractive to anyone that will browse it.


Suggestion:

• Add live games
• Create live support in addition to a support ticket to have quick help on the crucial problems of players
• Introduced a built-in exchange since the project has a feature for liquidity pool why not invest on the exchange too

(A) I was surprised to see no scroll bars in various parts of the site. Checking places where we can manually scroll is annoying which is why scroll bars need to be added asap.

(B) I was able to redeem my winnings successfully, but I noticed one of my bets never got settled and it still shows 'Live'. This is a bug that needs to be resolved asap.

This is my initial review of the platform, and I will make the necessary edits regarding the "Payment" section and the screenshots as soon as I get to my office computer at home. Thank You


1. User interface: So friendly use With its creative design and a wide range of betting features, I think it's a great choice for anyone looking to get into online sports betting. Whether for a professional or a beginner, the user interface of ubetsports makes it easy to get started.
it's clear that dev designers at ubetsports put a lot of creative thoughts into the website's design. The color scheme is bold and eye catching, with shades of well organized colors dominating the page. The layout is also well organized.
As for navigation, ubetsports is easy to use, with concise menus that make it simple to find what the user may looking for. Whether he is searching for a specific sport or trying to place a bet, the navigation is intuitive and friendly use.
I tried to use the site through the phone, but I did not feel comfortable enough. Perhaps because I am not a fan of using the phone in general, but I imagine that launching a location application on all devices is an important step in the near future plans.

2. Payment: One of the best features provided by ubetsports is the ability to easily connect with the wallet (I used MetaMask) and easily transfer to and from the wallet. However, this may not be the best option since a transaction must be issued when placing bets and each time it needs to be manually confirmed on Metamask. This takes longer and discourages novice users from using the platform.
It is good to have a system that allows bettors to interact decentralized with the platform, especially with regard to withdrawals and deposits, but I think it would be better to add more options. It means that the platform supports more wallets, since not everyone uses Metamask, and there are those who do not trust it in the first place.

3. You can talk about their vision & mission: The project carries a new vision for sure, and they can be considered pioneers in this field, since gambling platforms always depend on the centralization of decision-making, whether in development or management. I have nothing to criticize in your vision, which I find revolutionary. But will it really be able to compete with the leading centralized platforms in the field of crypto betting? Especially since these platforms provide privileges that your decentralized platform cannot provide. Intense competition in this market, and it is noticeable that not everyone is interested in preserving their privacy, and for this I suggest focusing on launching more promotional campaigns to introduce the platform and its privacy.

4. Healthy sports betting community: Personally, I do not use Discord and I prefer Telegram since it is the most popular and easiest to use, so my comments will be only about Telegram. I do not know the secret of choosing Telegram in particular to publish updates, since the platform can add the notification feature to the site, and it is certainly not a technically complicated matter. Putting the Telegram and Discord option forces users to accept reluctantly, and therefore requires downloading the application, which may not be desired by everyone. Another issue with Telegram is that it has been always associated with illegal activity due to its anonymous nature and messages self-destructing.

5. Rewards: Rewards offers posted on the site look attractive, and this represents an important part of the site's marketing policy. At the same time, I notice a lack of promotional campaigns here on Bitcointalk, since this forum represents the largest gathering of crypto users in general, and especially crypto bettors.


Ubetsports Review Part2 :

During the past days when I was checking the platform, and when trying to place a bet, I was asked to confirm the transfer on my metamask. This was an experiment, not to place a real bet.

Today, I tried more than twenty times to place a bet :


and a window appears to confirm the bet :


but after confirmation, nothing happens. I mean that no bets was placed and the old metamask request doesn't appear.

I contacted the support by opening a support ticket :


I tried with all the sports available on the platform and changed the value of the bet every time, but I failed to find out the reason. I thought maybe it was because I was late in publishing the review that my account settings had been changed. I would like to know the reasons.

Also, this window caught my attention indicating that the platform charges a fee for each transfer 2.5% :

Ubetsports Review Part 03 :

After confirming with support that everything was fine on the part of the system and that it was able to recognize my wallet that I used to participate in this campaign, I later discovered that the problem was with the Metamask address that was active on the platform and therefore the deposit process was not possible.
Finally the problem was resolved and I was able to make a successful deposit using MetaMask.

Betting:

I experimented with placing some bets to observe the extent of the system’s interaction, and in fact, I did not encounter any problem except that at first glance I thought that it was not possible to place a bet contrary to the existing options, i.e. the bet must be 20, 10, 5, or 100, to discover later that any number can be placed. Noting that this warning sentence continued to appear to me even after I succeeded in making the deposit. See picture below

I would like to ask about the feature shown in the image and what is the benefit of it, since there is nothing to explain this in main page without searching in other sections about how to use those features: "generate booking code"

After placing the bets, I was able to see them in the "My bets" section and everything was clear except for that box at the top which was blurry since it looked like a demo example of one of the bets and I didn't understand what was the point of including it like that.

And as soon as the matches ended, I was able to see the results of my bets with a profit or loss sign at the top of each bet box to the right, but I could not know the real result of each match, but only the result of the bet. I think it would be good to add the result of each match, whatever bet the user placed.

The last step is that the user must click on “Redeem” if he won one of the bets in order to be able to see the win added to his balance account.
