Money cannot buy happiness but it can buy us comfort and luxurious things which can give us happiness temporarily. I think happiness that comes from acquiring things is not sustainable and can be lost when you lose those things, in my opinion true long lasting happiness comes from within.
I agree with most of the list, time with family and friends is a better way to spend money, it’s a wonderful experience to have. I rather spend my money on people and not things.

I like most of the suggested principles because it points to the fact that using money the right way is what brings happiness. Some rich people derive pleasure in oppressing the poor. They want to show off expensive houses, cars, and other expensive items because they want the less privileged to respect or even worship them. But your suggestions portrayed that real happiness and a good life are triggered by ensuring that people around you are also assisted. I know we can't help everybody but let's ensure our wealth touches the life of the less privileged in our society positively. We don't have to waste money on unnecessary pleasure when our neighbors or community members are suffering from lack and want.

The idea of buying expensive and quality things is also good. Instead of wasting money on less durable items that will need replacements in a few months, it will be more economical to buy a durable but expensive product. This will help you save money that can be used for other meaningful needs.

that's all true but we have different happiness, sometimes there are people who are happy in their own way even though compared to other people it won't match.
I personally appreciate myself in my own way to make me happy with the money I have, after having a hard time making money, I think there's nothing wrong with spending a little money by fulfilling all my desires. Most people I know they are in debt and basically got a nice House and brand new cars. Everything purchased as a loan. One guy even owed more on his old car and somehow got that debt transferred to a new car. So he is even more under water now.

Know a bunch of people who bought a house when rates were low and they did nothing but complain about the mortgage, saying it’s too high. Now when they refinance they will be in for a shock.

Debt is the American dream. Everyone is in debt.

Debt has become a habit and I often encounter this kind of thing around me, who are in their office, they buy a house with a loan and have installments of up to 15 more years, while for cars they have to pay installments for at least 5 years, this has become their lifestyle, but I don't know how much income they get, but in this way it looks like they are happy, but I'm sure at the end of the month they will be a little stressed with the installments.

All of these suggestions have proven to be good if applied in everyday life. Because applying these principles will definitely bear fruit with a sense of happiness. But here I have another opinion about how to use money for happiness.
In my personal opinion, the name of happiness is very relative for everyone. Because everyone must have a different opinion about happiness and must have different financial levels. It all depends on the situation and conditions of each.
Happiness that can be felt through having money has many ways, especially for people who are rich. There's a lot that can be done, simple examples such as going on vacation to various places, eating at good restaurants, and being able to buy the things you want.

But all of that only applies to people who are rich, because people who have a middle to lower financial level will definitely have a different way to enjoy money. And all of that in essence is to pursue a happiness.

For these 4 points, maybe I understand enough and their attitudes are common among many people. While others are not easy to understand but implemented in an unplanned manner.

All the points above refer to positive results, I completely agree regardless of how we apply them to the people around us and to fulfill our own happiness. Because actually what I hope for is when I can make other people happy, even if not in a fancy way, but the aura will make us feel more grateful. Spending money to make others happy is a good thing when it happens for a good cause but it doesn't happen every day or with everyone so as an individual we will try to make ourselves happy then only the remaining thing like charity and others.

Not everyone is the same in this world as well so their happiness varies from another individual for example who is passionate about adventures will be happy when they spend money on their adventure journey whereas for a sport passionate they will be happy when they spend anything which will make them better on that sport.

Even if you find happiness from within, you won't be able to keep it for long without money. Are you married yet? My wife and I don't come together for money, but when life is at a standstill, without money, there are hundreds of things to worry about. And if you don't have money when life is at a standstill then your happiness will be shattered from there. Personally I always have a feeling of satisfaction in terms of food at times I might necessarily get hungry and always feeling happy whenever I have money for personal use because I would have less worry on any thing that involves spending of the money.

For the first list I use my extra money for building of a personal house not necessarily spending expensively on the project rather gradual construction as  more flow into my account.
While I tried as much as I can to assist others in terms of rendering financial help to those who really needed the assistance by giving small amount of my money.

As far as I'm concerned I don't really bothered myself about the above list because I was able to fulfill the requirements of the other list above this oned thus the above list seems not too relevant to my ideology.

1. You actually can’t buy experience your rather you can go through experience, and this should not stop you from getting the material things you need.

2. I won’t work my ass off only to then use my own money to others and not myself, this would actually be saying the impossible. I believe it’s fine to make your self happy and then be generous enough to impact in the lives of others financially.

I think what you say is true and the fact is that we are individuals who are free to control everything we want. Giving according to our interests is up to anyone or even not at all and prefer to spend it to support self-satisfaction ambitions. But what the OP quoted is also true when viewed from socialist life helping one another, alleviating what is suffered, and in the end there is a point where we will also need the reciprocity of other people's services. The third, fifth and sixth recommendations are good, maybe even the seventh depending on if they actually meant that people should not make a purchase based on what their neighbor bought, however there are quite a few I do not agree with, for example the very first one, while going on an expensive vacation may seem to be great, once you do so you have nothing to show for all that money spent, if instead you bought something like a cheap car then not only it is something you can use almost everyday, but in the case you get into financial trouble you could always sell it and get some of your money back.

Happiness is not an all time thing, you can't just go around feeling happy all the time, you can't just be 24/7 happy non-stop, that may mean that you are having some mental issues. However, feeling less unhappy could be a good starting point, because that is also something you shouldn't feel all the time. If you are constantly unhappy then something is wrong and you shouldn't feel that, it just doesn't make sense. I personally feel like the best thing to do in this case would be just focusing on how you could feel upset only here and there when things you can't control happens, but you do not feel it commonly. I do not feel unhappy commonly, I try to avoid those things, there is elections in my nation this week so there are a lot of ups and downs, but in normal days I try to just focus on the good and try not to feel bad, if you can avoid it, then it should be alright.
