You are not alone. I know many gamblers who can't control themselves and keep depositing till they drain all their wallets. To be honest, they are not doking because they enjoy the game (as they want to convince themselves) but because they are trying to chase their losses.

I love the alcohol advise though, when I used to drink before and that's one of my weakness, getting drunk along the way and then playing on traditional base casinos and of course, when you have alcohol in your bloodstream, you are going to lose in the end because your judgement is clouded and you can even bet higher than you used to.

It's a good advise for everyone, like the budget setting and leaving your wallet at home if you are traveling to a land base casinos. Or if playing in online, just deposit enough crypto and have fun. If you lose then let it go and just play another day.

like most says about that is that "Easy to be  said than Done" and yes we even fail from what we are advising to others so its like we can talk but the question is can we act on that?

Like why are you doing it in the first place? Exactly.Sometimes when the rage is getting the best out of me I think immediately of my daughter that this money which I am trying to recover lost amounts can be spend in a much better way by providing to my family and specifically to her,this gives me an enormous will power that in 3 years out of addiction I may have overdone it only 2-3 times and this with money I could afford to lose of course.

As long as you are single you will get bored and sad yourself but you are not responsible for others around you and as you say it is not of a big deal.
