I also feel the same, better to let them seek for help or advise as it's a good sign that they already realize and the willingness is triggering them to quit, it's the best time to provide assistance and all the best help that you can give. Not everyone actually has the willpower to stop or restrict themselves from this act even if they know or feel their gambling habit are getting out of hand, some people just choose to live in denial of their addiction problem and tell themselves that they are not gambling addicts.
