We know that web3 casino nowadays isnt really that rampant. Dont know if there's already actually one that is existing but despite on being centralized or being licensed we do still have some platforms which doesnt

Everything should really be just fine if you are really just setting out those boundaries or limits on which it would really be that understandable that everything should really be having that limitation and having that real approach on how gambling should be treated up. One thing is there are people who don't really realized that they are addicted into gambling until someone noticed it. There are people who thinks that they are just casually doing gambling but in reality it affects their life so much that they haven't really consider gambling as a problem. Hurting them or making them lower their pride is another factor, I believe that the advice you can give to an addicted gambler is depending on what characteristic he has. There are people who likes direct advices but there are people who can easily get hurt when they are receiving hard lessons. So yeah there are a lot of factors in giving advice and not hurting someone close to you.

Starting from the fad of gambling that will eventually make them addicted to gambling and after playing gambling for a long time, they become addicted to gambling. And it is true that people will not realize that they are already experiencing gambling addiction because they feel that nothing has changed about them even though something has changed them, namely gambling. It's same like you're using a different banks or different digital money wallet, you can still playing even though the casino know your real name. Not all online fiat casino is licensed, there's always an illegal casino and you can gamble without any kind restriction.

It's not about online fiat casino or crypto casino, maybe CBDC casino in the future, but it's all depends on your self control.

The Budget which should not effect on your emotions means set that budget which you lose, and this will not effect on you depression level.

Which show us those measures were never going to work to begin with, after all someone that is going through an addiction will do everything they have to do in order to satisfy their cravings, and with the huge amount of fiat and cryptocurrency casinos online it is unrealistic to think that every single one of them can block them in the case they want to self-exclude, so it seems people will have to rely on their own strength of character if they want to overcome their addiction to gambling.

Not many people unfortunately knows the real and actual danger of gambling too much, in some cases its can be considered as a drug or worse that’s why it’s not advised for people that get easily addicted to drugs or alcohol since there is a higher chance for them to get addicted.

Most people can't do this because they feel disgrace to seek help for their gambling addiction. Each person has different character and behavior too, if he's an introvert person who think he can do anything without any single friend, he will not call his friend since he will think calling a friend just make the problem more complicated.

I do know someone very close who was addicted to gambling, he lost his life by suicide and the letter he wrote is so sad, he so much believed in gambling as the only way to get is life together and gambling took everything from him, gambling addiction is something that affects the way gamblers think, do not get in such corner.

You don't have to plan a life changing solution with gambling, it's not good for your health and for your future, there is assurance that you will lose, that's why it's called gambling, I think people should try to understand what gambling is before they start thinking that they can get rich through gambling, I have never had such thought in my head and I will never do that to myself.

What about stopping gambling and betting? Can you direct your energy in a positive and creative direction, and not in a senseless waste of time chasing a win? Gamblers don't admit it, but the main goal is still getting a win, and not a process. If you want money, then start working and earn money, and not lose your last money in slots. The question is, if a person is too much addicted to gambling, even if they add themselves in a block list and platforms don't allow them to gamble, does that stop them from gambling? I don't think so, they will still find a way to gamble no matter what, they might go and look for street gambling, they will visit a land-based casino, they will find some way to gamble because the urge to gamble won't let them stay in peace.

What do you mean by self-block list? But I agree with what you said that as long as the gambler can control himself while playing gambling, there is still a big chance that he will change or stop his inclination to play gambling, this is true.

Because once a gambler can no longer control himself, it only shows that there is already a sign of gambling addiction and this is a problem for such a gambler. Because controlling emotions is definitely not going well because of addictions.

It's sad to see someone close to gambling addiction to the point of having to end his own life because gambling has taken everything from him. He should have stopped before it was too late, despite losing almost everything he could have. But he has to tell people close to him so that people close to him can really know how to help him. Without it, no one could help him, which would end his life.

Those are actually good little pieces of advice imo. As you said I believe casual gamblers should set a budget limit before they even start. For example, you could say "As a gambler", I will only allow myself to spend $100 this week on gambling, and the following week I'll limit it to $50, and so on. It's important not to exceed this limit under any circumstances. Even if you experience losses it's better to stop and avoid the temptation to use more money.

It's mandatory for casinos to have option for self-exclusion. Without that they can't have a gambling licence.
And it's not like you can unblock yourself at any time. It used to be quite easy to find a workaround for these but laws are getting tighter on this, as there's no point having self exclusion if you can just undo that so easily. That wouldn't be self exclusion, it would be just "not gambling".

Usually gambling will be attached to alcohol and drugs but usually it is done when playing a land casino or at an online casino with friends, but I think it's fun to play alone with just a cell phone so I can avoid alcohol and drugs so I can focus on playing gambling and looking for pleasure in every game.

So far, I admit that sports can also help us to fill our free time or for example take up a hobby that keeps us busy so we don't have to be fixated on filling our time by just looking for the pleasure of playing gambling, but at least spending our free time with other hobbies, I usually use it to bicycle. it's healthier makes the mind more positive
