I agree that there are many people which are very disciplined by nature but still they are engaged in gambling activities because they find gambling as a way of entertainment. The only difference between those disciplined gamblers vs the undisciplined ones it that the disciplined ones always try their best to do gambling activities when they have completed their work and they also make low bets just to enjoy gambling as a fun activity.

The undisciplined gamblers on other hand try to make very high value bets and as a process they end up loosing everything they have. Discipline is at different levels. And as you also noted it is based on individual differences. Someone who is very disciplined can gamble as long as they want without being addicted. Which means they are either sticking to their budget or decision. But someone whose disciplines is not mature can easily be influenced by colleagues or peer groups to change their decisions.

You are correct mister, lack of discipline in a man's life is not right at all, a man must have some discipline not only because of gambling but in everything he does, what doesn't require discipline anyway? I do understand you and your point in this matter just that we do not totally aligned in some part of your submission. We can both agree that there is a big difference between a disciplined gambler and an undisciplined gambler.

You have said it all mate @paxmao, lack of budget has made so many Gambler spend money carelessly and the only way to quit careless money spending is by having a budget and to be disciplined as well, been on drugs while going to gamble is bad, it can make us lose control over anything at anytime same as alcohol, losing money while on drugs is different from losing money on gamble hall without being on drugs.

It is in my personal believe that gambling for a long time or long term as you put it, does not change anything in the life of the gambler necessarily, like, it does not generally make gamblers lose his or her senses as you stated, it all depends on who is gambling and the mindset  of that person or gambler, i for myself have friends who have been gambling for several years now, they have their day jobs they go to, some are working in a company while others are running a business, and gambling for them have always been like a side hustle and one way to just have fun, most especially on weekends..
