Another thing is the application of a healthy mindset because it is important to use a healthy mindset in order to be able to control ourselves when to gamble and when to stop gambling, the wrong mindset is that people usually always use gambling as their source of income, clearly that is A mistake, a healthy mindset is to think of gambling as just a game for fun.

Yes you both are totally right, budget is more important in gambling, if the money you have budget in gambling finishes you can quit for that day till when next you budget another one for it so you can not run lose and starts thinking or blaming your self for it.
There are still set of people who even if they budget them self for gambling they will still gamblile more, that is because they are not well disciplined.
For me I don't like getting online because I can easily fund my account, that's why I always keep the amount of money I want to gamble with, with me so when I am at the gambling shop, after beting all the money on my pocket I go back to my house or just take a walk.

They can take some steps to control themselves. This includes setting limits on gambling apart from this determining the amount of money spent on gambling can also be a good step in this regard. Gambling addiction usually makes people absolutely destitute so it is really a good idea to hold off for the time being if there is a possibility of failure it improves them and there is no chance of losing money.
