Some gamblers just don't have the acceptance on a day that they lose. I can argue with it, I experienced the same feeling of losing in the beginning of the day and you'll just start drifting in a losing streak on thinking that the tables would turn on your side, not realizing how big the table is.

But rarely, or almost not, I can manage to bounce back or break even at the end of the day. Yes, you need to freshen your mind and find some breathing instead of pushing forward, recovering quickly won't work as emotion will probably drive you and with that feelings you might lose more instead of recovering your money. It's needed a wise and smart mentality when you are involve in gambling.
