To be specific, what I want to see on a gambling site is that they process withdrawals quickly and credit deposits promptly. Additionally, their support should be active in addressing concerns.

I will get to work now and start preparing the list of sportsbooks that are active on bitcointalk and do my due diligence in research with respect to the categories that I'm going to tabulate. Will definitely add KYC as a category. There are some good suggestions in there but quite a few of them could be taken in as an opinion instead of cold hard facts. Since opinions on certain things like "How's the UI, etc" differ from person to person, I will keep it out of the categories. Maybe in the future, I could add a column of my review on the sportsbook or a few remarks about them.

Edit: Note that I'm focusing only on Sportsbook aspects and won't be covering casinos that do not have sportsbooks along with them. I personally am interested in sportsbooks, so, will stick to that. Also, the list will be huge and harder to maintain if I add casinos as well.

Yes, in regard to UI as there are different perspectives among the gamblers and it's really a self explanatory fact that they have to choose or to put this thing into considerations, I believe that it's more n how trustable the site or the sport-house will be and how they handle the client in terms of real-time supports and the competitive odds that they have inside the house, plus the perks and wide scopes of available sports and places that they can cover.

One-stop place where you can sort all those games that you know and wanted to bet with, just an opinion, but the focus is on the reputations and with how the team handles their clients.

We can find out about this from this forum where there are friends who will give their reviews so this makes us alert and we don't need to use the casino to bet. The casino should say upfront when people want to register that their casino requires KYC before depositing money so people can choose to continue or another casino.

But some casinos are not as strict about implementing the rules about KYC, as you said and I think we can play at casinos like that. Even if we win big, the casinos can ask or ask us to do KYC. And as long as the casino is reputable, we can live with that.

If you lose then you never have to go through KYC. If you win, even very small amounts, you may have to go through KYC. Look for books without unless you are a lifetime loser than you don't have to worry.

My primary consideration is no need for KYC to deposit or withdraw any amount of Crypto/BTC before picking my sportsbook to gamble my money away.
Other than that, easy to use platform, I don't like advanced panels or User Interface which is too intriguing. I wouldn't go around rating casinos or sportsbooks.

There are alot of factors to consider when choosing a sportbook to bet on and I want to make one point very clear that I don't like new casinos except they have some huge bonuses and promotional offers and most times, because of this act of mine in gambling casinos, most times I have to see myself as a bonus chaser and that's he reasons,  I don't ever get involved with  new casinos.
But there are factors to consider when trying out a new casino includes
1. Eases of payment either deposit  or withdrawal and the moment a casino makes payment difficult for me especially  on the first attempt, it might be the last time for me.

2. Fees on transaction  is a very paramount factor of consideration and tye lesser the fee, the more chances of consideration.

3. Site rating is another factor to consider as most times, their ratings are based on their performance.

A decent reputation should be the first priority, my favorite games/sports to bet should be there, decent odds and lastly deposit options, altcoins with lower fees should be accepted not just bitcoin knowing some alts csn be confirmed in just a matter of seconds or few minutes.

Nothing i can think yet for others, i dont care about kyc, i can play a kyc required or not sportsbook afterall.
