DOES AGE REALLY MATTER IN A RELATIONSHIP?

To my own psychological point to view,age is only for consent or by means of law in order to be able to fall in the system,but maturity is one of the most significant thing to sustain in a relationship.
  It doesn't matter who is younger or older if you are immature and can't handle responsibilties in a relationship it may not last long as you initially expect it to last.

What are your thoughts?
