I urge all DT to look into this matter and DT tags to be given to such cheaters.

Based on what?  Multiple accounts are allowed on the forum and the bounty rules weren't broken, there's no restriction against having multiple Bitcointalk.org accounts registered in that particular bounty:

Maybe the user is a spammer, but he hasn't broken any rules that warrant a DT red-tag in my opinion.

Got any proof that this user pulled off any shady stuff or violated any rules with his alternate account?
All I can see is that andrew_788 took part in some bounties nearly five years ago but has remained inactive ever since. I do not think that deserves a tag from DT members, even if they are confirmed to be alt accounts.

You barely found a cheat and there's no confirmation to your accusation and you can't stop commanding DT members to give red tag. I see you are a newbie, there's no restrictions on who can tag. You can also use this account and tag them, also remember to use your main account and tag them too and allow DT members to rest.

You have created this account just to post like this one? All three posts you made hunting bounty cheaters and alt accounts. Why not write from your main account? After all, you are not fighting against a DT. So, you should not have a fear of anything. You should have the balls to write against bounty spammer if you want to expose cheaters. I guess you have a good-ranked account and you can use that account to post in Timelord2067's dedicated thread for alt accounts instead of creating a new thread every time.

BTW, You should know that multiple accounts are allowed and if someone doesn't cheat on any campaigns, there is nothing to do. Next time try to dig out if they have cheated or not.

"newbies" such as this will post information in the hope of gaining merits which they will feed to their alts or someone else who is angling to get into a signature campaign with a "minimum of five merits" .

The information they offer is dubious at best and usually like this OP is of a "so?" nature. Or, with a little bit of analysis is misinformation.

Let's not get members frustrated all in the name of our fight against spammers or bounty cheaters, if you link your account together with an address here is not what's against the law, but participating the two accounts on the same signature or bounty campaign is forbidden, also if you once own an account already banned from the forum and they were linked together, that is a call for ban evasion, that account will also be banned.

We should not assume the DT members don't know what they are doing or rather think they can just misuse they power in giving tags on user's account without valid proof backing it up, we can always make our research and findings well before accusing a user wrongly, this can be so disheartening seing someone being punished for no reason, am not against this report neither do i support those reported but we should ensure that things were done accordingly.

So he copied also the address dwminer1 uses. andrew_788 posted this address just once and only here. So there's no reason for a DT to react. And as you can see there are many DT members who read all this and didn't react. Because they also understand this and don't jump to conclusions.

Both of them are alts and participating in twitter campaign, but there's no forbid to use multiple accounts on the general bounty and twitter rules, they only not allow multiple accounts on signature campaign. So I wouldn't leave a negative feedback.

Both of the accounts are participating in the same bounty campaign, check the twitter campaign spreadsheet, you will see both of the users were participated. Since both of them participating in the same campaign, do you think it's forbidden? you can leave negative feedback to both accounts.

There's no template for address changing so he found the most recent one to copy. Look, it is copied one to one, except the lines in spreadsheets. Even if you are the same person you rarely repeat the same text with the same words and even "Spreadsheets" in plural. It is copied and copied by andrew_788 who posted this address just once.

Cheaters are everywhere but maybe this might be a case of copy-paste whereby the copier failed to edit his or her work and application before submitting it as we can not tell who amongst them did the copy-paste or cheating but I think they should be given the benefit of doubt to come clear their names here as the case may be.

It is always advised to properly crosscheck every filled form before submission so as not to make any mistakes you must have filled such for so that if there are any errors detected they could be corrected immediately and the right thing but filled in but when one fails to do the necessary things, it results to all these.

What else will be filed against him?  If two members were alive then the DT members could brainstorm. So I think it is better to avoid this incident.

OP your proofs are quite genuine and without any doubt there is likely a connection between these accounts as you mentioned here. It is unfortunate that people still perpetrates such act here. I was wondering as he was not smart enough to pick his errors but went ahead without any fear or caution.
