Many people asking the same Question -can i buy now...when is a good time to buy etc... so i may can help with that

This is not a financial Advice just my personal oppinion:

I recently found this (wish i would have found it at the beginning of this year i swear i would be rhich right now xD)
Its called walltstreet cheat sheet and its telling you the future movement of BTC pretty exactly and many people just dont know about that thing

as you can see BTC is doing actually almost exactly what it is supposed to do according to the cheat sheet. Right now we are close to the Dip between the double top after the "ANGER" Phase of the cheat sheet.
Till this point (today) the BTC movement has an accuracy to the cheat sheet of at least 80% ore even higher. So get rdy to buy the dip coming in the next 1-3 Weeks followed by a heavenly high triggered by the Ripple lawsuit that will turn out with a win for Ripple building our the double top (with a higher peak). But as soon as people may have realised that even if Ripple would have won its lawsuit, nothing essentially would have changed besides that everything can stay like it was before, at least for the moment. Then the fall will begin, cause XRP will be massivly overbought in no time and this downfall will furthermore beeing supported by problems in the house of binance which is about to become a problemchild with all of its crimes. There will be expensive consequences that nobody exactly can tell now, but one thing i can say, if binance gets their ass kicked this will become expensive for all of us. And at least i think that the events around binance till the end of the year will lead to the depression prophesied by the cheat Sheet.
But after this challenges are over, the way is free to enjoy the following BTC halving in 2024 what will trigger the next bullrun already prophesied by the cheat sheet.

So when are good times to buy?

When to buy Bitcoin? Now is when to buy it, but you might not want to commit all your money to buying it at once, so I advise that you DCA. We are near the big year (2024) gradually, but one thing is certain, no one knows the exact price that Bitcoin would be when the halving happens. This is why it's better to avoid risking carelessness and still avoid missing out foolishly. This is why I advise the DCAing approach, and this should be done every 2-3 months for effectiveness.

After all with this approach, you would not miss much if the halving time meets Bitcoin at a low price, while you won't be regretting if halving meets it at a high price.

It's been always suggested here always the DCA way of purchasing Bitcoin is the smartest way to handle risk and I tend to agree with the comment above.  Instead of trying to time the market, you invest a fixed amount at regular intervals over time and this will help to manage the risk in short-term price fluctuations.

If you're going to ask me, anytime is worth it to buy as long as we aren't yet hit the all-time high and hold it for a long period of time until such ATH will come.  Or let's say, never sell until your profit wasn't there.

By looking at the current state of the market which is still in the red, now can be a good time to buy, and so far we still recommend buying the DCA technique, the next step is that you should hold it at least waiting for the price to rise above the buy or you can wait for the new ATH, in the sense of holding on for a long time.

I really can't agree with you about any buying time preference for Bitcoin because my accumulation and most of the Bitcoin investor's accumulation is nondependent on the market conditions and timeframe. Everyone who goes with the DCA doesn't even care what's going on and what will be.

This can be another thing buying/accumulating more in the crisis situations as more than the regular times in DCA but fixing some base conditions to buy seems unfair because we know the potential and we also know its never late to be in the market so fearing what on buying when market is showing good rally. Try to avoid getting trapped into the timeframe choose DCA nad spend res of the life in crypto in peace

I don't doubt the walltstreet cheat sheet because some of the predictions have some chance of occurring. The case of Ripple and Binance are mere speculations for now because nobody knows how it will play out. I just hope that the ftx issue will not reoccur this year. To reduce the effect these predictions, the dollar-cost average (DCA) investment style remains the best option. It helps one to use the profits from buying the deep to cover up the losses of buying high. It is great to also know that Bitcoin will still survive these problems and the bull run will certainly be next year. But for me, the best time to buy is now but gradually and consistently.

Then the purpose of buying for what? long term or short term?
IMO, if the purpose of buying is for the long term, carrying out this activity on Bitcoin does not require a lot of special strategy, just by looking at the comparison of past prices with current prices.
For example, in May, you just need to look at the prices for the past few weeks, then buy and hold.

There's no cheat sheet or model that can predict the market, some can give educated guesses based on past events but nothing can accurately determine what happens next and you would be better off not trying to find out.

When you find out about Bitcoin and are ready to buy, go right at it. DCA so as not to have to go all in at once and you don't have to think about how other events affects bitcoin's price.

What is the difference between now and the beginning of the year when we look at the price of BTC? The difference is about $6000-7000 and you haven't missed anything important that cannot be compensated, so you can become rich by the end of the year or even sooner

The price is more or less following the old patterns before the last halvings and is slowly recovering after bottoming out last year at under $15k, and everyone who followed those patterns has already filled their bags and has already made 100% profit. Others who, like you, analyze what will happen with some shitcoin or with some CEX will very likely regret the missed opportunities again, but it is a story that is constantly repeated, and I am not surprised that nothing has changed even today.

Well it is a strategy that fits for my personal situation. My problem with DCA that i cannot use this strategy right now because i am building a house for my family which should have cost about 500k  but then corona came followed by the ukraine and now we are about to pay almost 800k. This forced me to sell off anything i had at the possible badest moment (january) while i had invested closely before the ftx desaster ^^ this situations cost me a lot of money and now i only have 3k bugs left to invest but still i cant say if i can loose them ore if i would need them becouse the house could possibly become any more expensive depending on what comes next ^^ but still i dont want to miss the Lawsuit and for the next month we will work with the money from the construction financing. So my thoughts are to stay invested in XRP for now till the lawsuit thing is over (so this is my "term" )  then sell the high and stay outside the line till the end of the year when our house should be finished and the way is free for the halving. Because i still think Binances crimes will force expensive consequences to the crypto space which have the possabilitys to couse new ATL even with a victory in the Ripple lawsuit.  so for long i think for me personally it would be nov-dec the best time to get in again after selling off the lawsuit event.

What does ripple has to do with this? Who cares about SEC lawsuit against ripple when there is nothing it has that can affect bitcoin.

My advice is that buying bitcoin now is good. Do not sell if the price is falling, just be happy that you will see double and double of the double of your money after many months.

This is why I advise the DCAing approach, and this should be done every 2-3 months for effectiveness.

What of buying every week? That is a good suggestion. If it is bitcoin, buying now is good, bitcoin can not go down much further. Even if bitcoin go down further, going back above $25000 is going to be what might happen. Buying bitcoin now is very good.

However, my view is just general - there are always investment opportunities in the money market world and there are no time and event limits if you really want to enter the market and start an investment journey, of course not carelessly. because capital and time and mind are at stake here.  So when are good times to buy? the answer is the best time to buy really depends on each individual's personal goals, risk tolerance, and the investment strategy that he will use later.

@OP you're just want to make your candle stick looks similar with the other graph by picking a specific time frame e.g. 2020 to 2023, why you're not at least use the 2013-2023 time frame?

If someone look at the 2013-2023 graph, they will see Bitcoin is always recover from the dump season and it might convinced them to invest in Bitcoin. If I cherry pick a graph of USD to BTC on the rise position, can we say USD is better than BTC?

i live in germany and its 500k € jumped to almost 800k € and what are you calling a building for a private person of 500k if not a house ? xD but yes the timing was as bad as it could be, but thats something you only know when its too late ^^ and how could i expect ftx, corona and ukraine...? and no i dont have only 3k cash left xD thats just the rest of the rest from what i thought could get lost and i would not care^^ but thats just how god works u never know what he figures out next

and when it comes to the shitcoins, yes actually thats what i want to do, invest into a shitcoin (XRP) wait for the lawsuit causing the temporal Skyrocket up to at least 100% i would suggest and then sell ^^ anyhow with 3k i cannot loose all to much compared to the 300k i "lost" through the house ^^

If we that missed Bitcoin in 2009 had the power to go back in time then I believe we would all have gone back to 2009 and definitely invest in Bitcoin we a good amount of money we have, but in reality that's not the case, we can turn back the hands of time neither can we keep regretting missing Bitcoin at that time, the next best time is starting now, although the profits of those who bought Bitcoin back then and still holding up till now would be more regardless of that we would still make good profit in the long run if your reason for joining crypto-currency is mainly for investment purposes.

#your time frame for the investment

These are amongst factors you should consider more when trying to invest in crypto-currency especially what you want to buy, If I was asked I would always go for Bitcoin.

Make sense, we are almost the same predictions as what will happen before the block-halving event.
Since the ETA of bitcoin block halving is around April 2024, and what I observed on the past Bitcoin block halvings of Bitcoin, price action are very volatile months before. Most are Bitcoin pumps months before the ETA of Bitcoin block halving.
