I'm not really sure what's your problem. Did you just made account here to complain that someone participate in bounty campaign with multiple accounts?  If yes, then you're asking in wrong place. Moderators isn't responsible for bounty campaigns. If someone is abusing bountry, it's manager job to find cheaters and kick out them from campaign.

If you're reporting about a user or someone you know to be abusing the campaign rules by using multiple application on thesame campaign, this is what you should do.

1. Inform the fampa manage through PM
2. Create a thread on reputation and have enough evidence that connect the account together
3. Make sure you're sure and very sure about your report because such accusation.

Note:

Having alts account is not against the rule but participating the alt account on the same campaign is totally against the rule, there are other threads meta and reputation whereby you can report such user.

The forum does not moderate projects, signature campaigns, bounties and scam. If you are a bounty manager, you must know that works from bounty hunters are always low quality or don't have any quality. If you are a bounty hunter, you must know that your work might not be paid or be paid but what you receive won't worth anything.

I am not sure if you are a bounty manager or if you are relying on a bounty manager. I hardly believe you are a bounty manager with three activities. If I am not wrong, multiple accounts were allowed to register in the forum from its start. It's up to the campaign manager whether he will allow multiple accounts. It's his responsibility to check if someone is enrolling with multiple accounts. Back in the old days, theymos had to add a scammer tag manually if it was proven that someone was a scammer. Cheating in the bounty campaign is a scam as well. Since implementing the Trust and feedback system, theymos removed the scammer tag from the forum. Choose a reputed bounty manager who will check multiple accounts. This is not the moderator's Job.

You're a bounty manager and you don't want to hire someone who's use multiple accounts, this mean you need to spend all of your time to find a connection with other users before you accepting the user to participate in your bounty.

From my understanding to what op is saying, I sense op is trying to say multiple accounts should be allowed to enroll in a campaign being that their rewards are becoming more lesser imo.
Maybe whom ever that understand it in a separate way can as well explain more to us.

Now know this op, having multiple accounts enrolled in a campaign is cheating and is highly frown and forbidden from managers and if caught your accounts is at risk of getting ban or being tag by DT members, so I suggest you shouldn't include in your budget or trying to cheat in any campaign. I believe this fully explained everything to your question.

This is because multiple accounts is not against the rule. If you want the manager to give importance to it, tell him that you run multiple accounts and you enrolled 2 of yours accounts in the same campaign.

If you are sure about a person using multiple accounts on a bounty and trying to cheat the bounty manager then you should first collect proper proofs of that user who is using multi alt accounts on a bounty campaign, and if you have collected the proof then you should either open a thread by showing it to the forum or report it to the bounty manager.

It's not really a worthy thinking to involve our beloved moderators in such things because it mostly falls in the domain of bounty manager who is running the campaign. The moderators have more work to do then searching for the ones who are cheating the bounty campaigns with multiple accounts. Although, they try their best efforts but still a little help from a good user is a appreciatable thing.

You should also try to search for anyone who is using alt-accounts on bounty campaigns and report it to the bounty managers when you have proper proof, that way the members of the forum will also appreciate your hard-work. It's really not worth it to get emotional on such things because scammers and cheaters are everywhere, and the ones who detect them are truly respect-deserving ones.

The bounty managers are doing really hard work in running those bounty campaign and sometimes they also have limitations as human beings. It's the work of a good member to report the scammers and cheaters to the bounty managers so that they could penalize those negative actors by removing them from the bounty campaigns. And reporting them to the moderators and administrative staff, so those cheaters can be penalized with a ban.

If you are running a bounty campaign, as a manager it's you're job to ensure that your campaign is clean by checking your participants, and it is not the job of the moderators to help your campaign.

You've just told us that you are a weak and incompetent manager because other managers do not have this kind of request, or better stop being a manager if you cannot do your job properly, I don't know why you say that it was not like this before, there's a lot of cheating even in the early days of bounty campaigns.

I'm not exactly sure what you're requesting but staff don't really get involved with how people run their campaigns. While there's no rules on multi accounts regarding the forum campaigns generally don't allow them but that's not an issue with the forum.

Where is the proof. No one can take action on baseless accusations. If you feel your rights have been taken by someone who participates in bounty campaigns with multiple accounts, immediately do an investigation and attach evidence here, DT members will take firm action against the fraud committed by the person you are referring to.
Lol, Moderators don't need to intervene to eradicate Bounty cheaters, anyone can report as long as they have valid evidence, DT will immediately stab them with red paint which will deter them from cheating.

The job of the moderator here in the forum is to maintain the moderation of the good quality topic. It is not their job to interfere the job of others. Because aside from the managers who is responsible for this matter there are other member here in the forum reporting if they find someone suspicious doing alts account.

Your complaint is well received here: Topic: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk IV (2023 Q2) [MODERATED], that's the path that has been set in this forum.

If you find lots of Alt, cheating in Bounty campaign or similar, you can report in that thread and let bounty manager know, that they are cheating and so on, thus your complaint is perfectly resolved.
