Look into Bisq.network, that's probably your best bet for regular peer to peer transactions. I don't see payoneer as a payment option they support, but if you are capable of using other services it's been my favorite way to exchange fiat to BTC and vice versa. https://docs.bisq.network/payment-methods#supported-fiat-payment-methods |

Payoneer always requests a lot of documents from personal payments because they only accept business payments. So, I think it's best to withdraw the funds to your local account directly and buy Bitcoin. I need Payoneer that's why I'm asking here, I didn't find any reliable seller on other platforms since localbitcoins closed.

I've transferred thousands and they never asked anything, below $700 for each transfer. And for payment by cards they don't ask anything even for more than $1000.

It only happens when a user send you funds more than once. Around $5000, they will request for business documents, source of funds, and if you can't provide any of these. They will probably refund the fund back to the sender. |

But I'll be the one sending the USD, so if the person has a business or simply charge me for a "service" it should be fine, I can write on the transfer reference that it is to pay some service.
