I always thought that this process was automated on website. As it seems, theymos has to log-in and manually edit the template. By the way, just checked Bitcoin.org and there hasn't been done any update since the release of Bitcoin Core version 22.0 As far as I know, user called Cøbra owns that website. His active on Twitter recently so idk why he didn't update the version list.

You are looking at the wrong website.
I suggest you to look at bitcoincore.org

The link in the colophon is correct, it actually points to the tastes release.

That's only because https://bitcoincore.org/en/download/ automatically point to latest version. The torrent link still points to version 24.0.1.

I know this wasn’t the most exciting post, but the release was a few days ago, as it was @achow101’s post.
I tought it was worth a gentle poke to @theymos as 25.0 also marks a major release.

I’m still running 0.18.0

I hate upgrading

Verifying my download always scares the hell out of me but yes thanks theymos. I might finally upgrade soon before my version gets too old it’s not supported (that happened before to me).
