There are many good managers here on the forum, and maybe some of them want to work with you, but the payment is considered low compared to the required tasks, especially if the manager is working on several other projects at the same time. Also i can't tell if they accept working with altcoin projects.

Better to describe your project here in public before passing to private. This will ensure more transparency and credibility.

I dont think he is looking for a bounty manager, the correct position for this task is marketing manager specializing in social media marketing. 

You are correct, if he has a bounty manager he could easily increase his followers because bounty managers have their own channels, followers, and bounty hunters he will just ask people to follow this account and everything will roll up he can also ask his followers and bounty hunters to share and like those tweets, with a bounty hunter, he'll struggle to find followers and grow his media.
So my recommendation is to hire someone who knows how to do the job and is already an influencer.

You must have been confused about the role of bounty manager because all they can bring is bunch of shitty followers (usually bots with no actual reach and that won't help your projects whatsoever.

What you actually need is an experienced social media manager who will grow your social media presence organically and I am not sure that you will find someone capable of doing that within that budget. Either way good luck and I hope that you find someone.

We have some good bounty managers here that can do the work but the pay looks too small for them to accept since it's just $100 per week.

Maybe op can give a little description of what the job of the manager would be, so those would are interested can kindly zoom in knowing what there duty entails. If the description of job is known that would reduce the urge of acquiring about what the job of the manager would be.
