There is no right time for the investment into Bitcoin there is only one thing when you want to invest here its money into your hands then you can jump and enjoy this world which is having enough funds for you and profit as well for your future now I am having change of mindset with thinking to invest for my future and kids as well just in bitcoin which is going to be the best option for them while good for me as well.

Not every crypto coin is good for a long term holding. Shitcoins, meme coins, and most of new coins aren't good for a long term. I recommend to buy top coins with good fundamentals if our goal is for the long term. I guess that is because there are now lots of swapping platforms and needing more of it seems not necessary anymore but I think you are also referring to rug pulls when you say loss pull and this is not only limited to those said projects.

A project can have legit people but they still can fail, so it's not enough to only use it as a basis when judging them. There are also other important points to look for actually when deciding if what to invest, one example is by looking at their road maps and whitepapers, although the people / team members are also included in either one of them because they are packed with lots of information.

It is your own opinion, other people can assume it is not the right time to invest because the price of some coins are quite expensive. Whatever the opinion, I think it depends on the coin itself. For the coins which have great developments, it is okay to invest now because they probably can increase more the prices. But for the coins that look have no good progress and no fundamentals, it is better to not invest in them. Specifically for the coins that already hype and have increased the prices significantly.

As there is no set time to invest so you can invest anytime in any situation but still if you invest in the situation when the market goes into dumping situation you can definitely get good feedback on the investment.  But before investing in altcoin, you must know the details about that coin and then invest. Obviously it will provide you facilities if you can have your altcoins during dip or down price but if your altcoin isn't good, then everything will be useless. That's why it's more important to investigation and choice good altcoins rather then timing. Altcoin you mentioned, it doesn't seem good altcoin at all. So i don't recommend you to go with it.
