And, even the fake KYC data isn't shared by the trusted platforms because they don't want to misuse the data of their customers, and if they somehow find that someone is using fake KYC data they simply ban such users, and trusted sites remove the fake KYC from their data.

Some of the gambling sites require very simple KYC details like your name, email address, your home address, and your phone number, and of course your country. They need such data because of the security purpose only and they will never share with any third parties because they don't want to ruin their reputation.

Gambling platforms are centralized so nothing in there is safe, when we want to make withdrawal we just have to fulfill all the rules since without competing it we can't withdraw our money but that doesn't mean we can  trust the platforms not to misused our information submitted.

The issue of kyc safety is what bothers alot. Many third parties do not really regard their clients they joke virtually with everything jeopardizing the identities of their clients. There is no definitive answer to this question unfortunately, you have to gauge each particular site on it's merits and essentially take a gamble on whether they are well setup to protect your data. There are many cowboys out there, but at least in the casino / sportbook sector they come under pressure from outsiders relatively early so need to be running a solid security system to stay up. Level 1 KYC yes and so far I have not experience any problem at all.
It also helps to use every security available in the site to prevent being compromised. I’m not sure if my data is safe with them though I think I’m already exposed to many ads because of this. There's no such thing about being safe once you do sent out your documents or whatever things that would really be pertaining about your personal informations on which you cant really be that so sure that

Apps recognized by the government are even worst because they would be constantly be monitored by the government regularly and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Some people are rich and are afraid of KYC anywhere they are online. But gambling should be done with low amount of money that should make KYC no bothering.

Rich or poor has nothing to do with it IMO. People can win big on some games no matter the stakes they are playing. For example, some slots have grand jackpots. Also, kyc is not necessarily reserved only for people who win big and are looking to wd a big amount. Sites can exercise Kyc anytime they feel they need to.

Personally, I will not submit KYC to any site. I'm not 100% for it and think most information they ask for is none of their business. If that means I cannot gamble online, then so be it.

Depends on which site you're submitting your KYC info to. Most of the time, casinos that are requesting these information are already registered and in contact with the government, so at least you know that you will have something to chase whenever something goes wrong. I wouldn't really trust these platforms 100% though, as there is always a risk of leaked information even though they themselves are not the ones leaking the information in the first place.
