Computing the result with the pending withdrawal, we can easily say that you are already in a positive of around $408k if I am not mistaken.  It is possible that the 5 withdrawals of $500k within a day alerted them of possible money laundering, being 4 of the 5 withdrawal request being processed and released. Not saying you had withdrawn $115k a day prior to that $2.5m withdrawal.  Saying Duelbits scammed you of $500k is an overstatement when they are still in the process of verifying your transactions and checking them for possible money laundering.

It may take some time but if there is no fault from your side, then they will eventually release your fund.  They had released $2m+ to you, $500k is a little amount compared to your previous withdrawal request which has been processed.

If you had done any research on Rollbit, or stake, (maybe even duelbit too), or just about any website on this board....you will have noticed that demands for KYC to unlock accounts/balances are almost never fulfilled almost every time a user is asked for it. Usually, the cases are for players who are playing even 1/10th of the amount that you played with.

OP is in a hurry to accuse if they denied your payout then that's the time that you can call them scammers or post a scam alert but if you're that serious about making a mess out of Duelbits then move this thread in the scam accusation and follow the right format, the representative will address your concern, but this is going to be a long wait if you act that way, be civil and request to fast track your request.

Relax and be patient with the management team to carry out their process of verifying your wins and also think positive. Duelbit is a well reputed casino is this forum and I don't think that they will stoop low to withhold your win.

It can take 2-5 days whatever,as long as the support team are being positive to you in your discussion,your wins will be given to you. I believe you did not check the screenshots in the OP which shows his withdrawal history before his current withdrawal request.
If you checked it, you would have knew that he made successful withdrawal more than $2M during May.
Duelbits served him really well IMO as they paid over $2M to him in a month, and the current one seems to be need further investigation by asking KYC.
It is normal for such a huge amount, KYC may take few days and other checks may also take another few days.
Actually this case is still in the process, he is not being scammed, he needs to be patient for a while to wait the process.

Interesting case but as stated by their support better wait for them to figure out those things maybe they are verifying it since its large amount of money. Maybe give them 1 week and if there's no action has been made then file a scam accusation so that people will be alerted that they have an existing issue like this and they didn't solve it for a week. For sure many people will criticize them for not fixing anything on that timeline.

I will not defend anyone but in your case I saw before that you managed to withdraw a large amount after that your withdrawal for the umpteenth time was delayed because maybe the casino detected suspicious activity so your withdrawal was postponed.
