Ripple (XRP) for me is already fishy since the beginning, I am not attempted to buy any Ripple since the beginning.
SEC lawsuit is ongoing and there is no guarantee of a favorable outcome for Ripple.
For sure these whales are gonna do what they will do, which is manipulate the price of ripple and at the time they will lure some people, they will just dump on it, it's like their liquidity, so be careful.

You are right about that, it has been fishy since it first started and a lot of people warned others not to buy it and it's centralized and it could never be as good, but people still ended up buying it, no idea why they did that but they did it anyway. I think it would be smarter if they could end up realizing any project that is centralized will face these type of issues, xrp, bnb, they are all having it and will continue to have it.

Because if you end up working towards making something centralized, then SEC will take a look into it and probably even consider it as securities as well, which would make everything change in a day. So long story short, the moment XRP was ever created, it was created as a bad idea, shouldn't even existed to begin with.

Well XRP is a very old coin and the idea behind it is even older so I can see why some people still look up to it, however as you mention we also know that it is a centralized altcoin and a coin like that goes against the decentralized nature of this market, and sooner or later governments are going to give attention to it and try to destroy it, and while it we are still not at that stage the SEC seems to want to tighten up their regulations and this will affect all of those centralized coins the most.

Im caotious about xrp ,why ?
Becouse i make my financial decisions based what the big guys and whales do it.
What i see ? It doesnt apply for the benchmark legimate rules to be trusted enough.
I see xrp not favoured by them it's secret but If you can read the info and you know rules also of SEC then you get the idea.
Instead of XRP i'll choose XLM stellar.
To be honest i don't put any money on xrp it's one of the coins from what i stay out XRP does not seems to me legit project.

The most important reason to not invest in XRP is what happened to it during the previous bull run, while most of the top coins on the market reached a new all time, which was many times higher than their previous one, XRP failed to achieve this, so if someone is thinking about speculating with this coin what kind of incentive do they have? After all it is also possible it will fail to reach a new ATH again, and in that case why bother with XRP when you can invest in many other coins which will go much higher?

I don't think any serious person will choose XLM over XRP, with all the bad press XRP has suffered for it to still be standing tall against the SEC is a big deal, Stelar lumen is more or less a dead project, I have not heard anything about the project for the past year and I don't, some people call it the poor man's Ripple. I think the legal issue is what is holding XRP price down, if/when they win their case against SEC it will be a big victory for the price.

People are being cautious on this alt because up until now, their SEC issues are not yet resolved.
So it is either, they can surpass this or not. And if not, those holders will be screwed.
I like xrp when it comes to transfer purposes, they have one of the cheaper fees you can find and available in most trading sites.
However, its future is still shrouded by their nonresolution of trouble with SEC.

Our hope is that XRP can win the lawsuit against the SEC,
I hope it really happens because after all XRP is still a potential coin,
it is clear that winning the lawsuit is certainly not easy and we will see what happens later.

That is indeed a consideration because there is no clarity about how the case is between XRP and the SEC,
I hope XRP can win against SEC and if that happens then it's not impossible there will be a spike in the price,
risky or not investing in XRP is up to each one and they have to decide for themselves.

Regarding XRP, many traders are in a dilemma because of the uncertainty in this case,
although hoping to win but it's not easy for sure for XRP to win against SEC,
Hopefully there will be clarity soon and we'll see.

Well our hope did come true yesterday. Ripple is getting closer to winning the lawsuit against the sec and we saw big profits from the court ruling that xrp is not a security.
Coinbase was very fast to relist XRP and you can now trade it on there. Bitstamp says it will relist XRP and so does Kraken saying it will relist XRP. Gemin says it might relist it also.
I think it is a good coin to hodl right now and am not worried. The whales are buying it and they been buying it for while now.

The outcome of the SEC lawsuit against Ripple is settled now. Because regulatory compliance is an important aspect of any cryptocurrency project. Now all are settled. So the ripple will get the market acceptance and potential partnerships(Like CEX listing) now. I hope XRP will be pumping after that news.
