Well, plot twist alert! Who'd have thought in this era, where even city slickers get cold feet over cryptocurrencies, these young guns from the back of beyond have Bitcoin on their radars! Hats off to their itch for knowledge and verve! This highlights a key insight - the flow of knowledge doesn't always follow the shiny lanes of resource-rich regions or tech-savvy landscapes. Even in the heart of connectivity deserts, word about hot potatoes like Bitcoin can percolate.

Moreover, this tale shines a spotlight on the vital part parents have in moulding their kiddos' future. The dad, dishing out Bitcoin 101, could be building a bedrock for junior's comprehension of the finance and tech world. Such get-up-and-go spirit is indeed a shot in the arm, potentially lighting a fire in the kid that might guide him to a rewarding career path. It's really uplifting to see Bitcoin breaking the digital shackles and reaching even the most remote, underprivileged corners of the globe. This snippet stands as a testament to Bitcoin's potential for inclusivity and worldwide acceptance.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

There is really no significant meaning for children about bitcoin; it is just like a shape that they are creating or drawing because they are just competing on making it and there is no knowledge or they don't know what the deep meaning of it is. For sure, it is just their father saying that probably this bitcoin will save us from this and make us rich, which is why it sank into their minds and they started making it in mud.

I am sharing a real story. Last 31st I went to my cousin's wedding. The area where I want to host the wedding is like a village where I don't have good mobile network, so it won't be wrong to call such an area as a remote area. After eating and drinking, me and one of my cousins went out for a walk and saw three boys drawing something in the mud. I approached them with interest and watched them make the Bitcoin logo in the mud and compete to see who could make the logo more beautiful. So I asked about this logo and one boy said that his parents have this bitcoin and his father taught him to draw this logo and he taught his friends. I was very happy to hear this from the boy because in such a village where there is no good mobile network people are involved with Bitcoin.
A village where the internet network is not smooth, suddenly when you are there a group of children is making a Bitcoin logo in the mud. The impression is that they are deliberately waiting for you to show the Bitcoin logo painting.
Then you approach them and ask who taught them the Bitcoin logo, the answer is the boy's father.

There is no correlation to the contents of your story.

To make sure that this is a true story, you can attach a picture of them painting the Bitcoin logo in the mud with the smartphone you were using at the time.
I'm not sure that this story is fact but a fabricated story

the only negative effect bitcoin is having on kids is in the hacker space. im gen x.. we did that shit for the knowledge, access to hardware and serious bw (damn remember when a t1 was hot shit) and for rep amount our friends. now all it's about the coin. hackers are just theives now. someone is always getting hurt.. and the knowledge learned to pull off a hack, it just a means to an end to get fucking paid.

that's the real negative effect of btc on kids... not your boring story.

I will assume the story to be true but keep scepticism aside about the story's origin, I would say that exposing childrent to bitcoin should be done cautiously. The reasons that mature humans know which can lead to losses are often not understood well by children and this they might have problems with attempting to save bitcoin.

For a start one can allow them to make fiat investments at the start of their salaried life and allow them to learn about the good and bad about crypto simultaneously. Not all countries are lenient about crypto and therefore they should be given the choice to decide what to invest in.

huh? it's bitcoin, not newbcoin... it's like saying you need to teach your kids responsability when buying gold.

Okay, that's a cool story if it really happened! I believe that some parents share knowledge about Bitcoin with their children and teach them how to use it. However, I don't recommend teaching them too much at a young age. They should be allowed to relax, play, and enjoy their childhood without dealing with complex things like Bitcoin. It's probably best to teach them just the basics at a slightly older age, around 6-10 years old.

For the story you just wrote, the idea of drawing the Bitcoin logo is cool as it would likely interest other people and prompt them to search for more information about it. This can be seen as a form of promotion for Bitcoin in real life which is really beneficial for both Bitcoin itself and the community as it helps to expand its reach and influence.

Perhaps a father should also teach his son not to reveal that they have bitcoin. This will not interfere with security, after all, if someone has gold, then the children do not run around and tell that their parents have gold, this is such an informational hygiene that parents should also teach their children.

Today, many people have bitcoin, this is a good trend, and I am sure that over time, there will be more people who want to own bitcoin. In different parts of the world, people hold bitcoin because they believe that it can provide them with a better future.

Yet you replied three comments in the thread, one is (hahaha) and the other are pointless too, what makes you different at this point? If you think you are better it's your replies that will prove others wrong, I spent time on your profile and I could not find an opinion that I can send smerit to, you are a newbie on the forum, you need to keep your head down and be nice.

If you have an interesting point, like I said, prove it, and let's see that you are the Albert Einstein of our time.

indeed the bitcoin logo is very beautiful, that's why there are small children who draw bitcoin logos, and those children are great because they can draw bitcoin logos, because I personally can't draw bitcoin logos either.

it seems like the father of the child always shows a picture of btc to his child or always displays a picture of the bitcoin logo in his house, or maybe the father of the child wants to teach his son about btc starting from small things first like
teach children to be able to draw a btc logo, because later the child will ask what is btc? and surely the father of the child will explain what btc is, but if the goal of the father of the child is to teach his child to know btc, of course it's okay as long as there is no coercion.

It looks like he's raising some future Bitcoin Pizza Contest winners Cheesy

Education from the earliest childhood is essential, when brain and personality are more moldable. Enterprises, Church... they know it well. If you who are reading this are lucky enough to ever have a child, and you can afford it, don't miss the chance to educate him well because of stupid things like a too demanding job you don't like.

I'm gonna bet $100 that this didn't really happen.

If his father raises him well, his children will also absorb what his father taught them. And that also applies to children whose father introduced bitcoin to them so they remember what their father taught them.

Teaching children must be according to their age so they can understand what we will teach. And if they get older, we can also adjust the lesson so they can understand it better.

Hopefully, his father can still teach his children about Bitcoin so that they can use it when they grow up. It can be a way that their children can use to have a better life.

It's a good story and it warms my heart that everyone gets to know about bitcoin and it doesn't matter if it's a remote village or the big city. Maybe the father has benefits from the profit that Bitcoin can give when have patience and invest in it. The father would have taught his children so they can also benefit from Bitcoin in the future. He's a good father and you should check up on him if that's possible.

Don't forget to go back to those Children and encourage them by giving them some books to read on bitcoin if they can read and write. Whenever you see beautiful things like this always encourage them in a positive way so they can keep learning about Bitcoin.

Well, that would have been a golden opportunity to help those people by contributing BTC something BTC to the parents.  Wink

I have given some Bitcoin to some of the children in my family before, but they sold it for Fiat currencies and they bought some cheap Chinese plastic toys with it.  Roll Eyes

It is nice that some parents are passing the flame to their children, because they are the future of Bitcoin.  Tongue

In this case of the boy, I remembered one thing that the children will be developed in the same way as the parents raise their children from childhood. The boy's father may want to expose his son to Bitcoin from an early age.
If this story is true because I have a few doubts about it, then this is a proper example of someone who stays somewhere but is more exposed tha. the people who stay around that environment. In this story, the boy's father is really exposed to have such information about bitcoins in a place where there is no good access to information because of limited access to the internet.

In my opinion, the father has already started out the right way with introducing the logo to the child to become familiar with, without pressuring the child, the father if he continues is already on track to making the boy know better than the people around him.

Ahh, that's lovely gesture from a father itself. Children are always mirror images of their parents so I am sure their parents are definitely talking about bitcoin and using it all the time in the house. How lucky they are and the children themselves. Hope so soon at the right age their parents will teach them how to use the bitcoin. If they start storing the bitcoins from very young age and already get the importance of saving them forever.

They will see the Bitcoin rising in valuation with the time as they grow old and they will definitely thank their parents for teaching them about bitcoin as they could be millionaires by late 20's or 30's.  Cool

What effect do you expect, it's just nice to know that their parents also teach them bitcoin from the beginning (I hope it's done the right way). It's just difficult to give children financial literacy at a certain age level. My conclusion from your story (if it's real), children only visualize what they're used to seeing at every opportunity, especially if their parents have activities related to bitcoin.
There is nothing special about your story.

It could be special. Dont forget, children are fast grasper, if right stuff is put into their minds then it I am pretty sure it could turn out to be big day for them.

My son is 4 years old, and he also knows how to draw bitcoin because he sees it everyday on my computer. But honestly, apart from seeing it as a hobby, a game like any other, it doesn't mean anything to my kids. Because they are too young to understand what bitcoin is and what it is used for.
Honestly, your story sounds pointless because it's nothing to discuss, and there's no evidence that it's a true story. I think it's a fictional story created by you.

BIG WINNER!
