What's with your site. No home page, about page, terms, etc. Just login and registration page, i dont think the registration function also works.
Suggestion? Put more information about your site, what service do you offer, and many more. I don't think it will be good to launch your site with just minimal info available.

the lottery is 10 winners per day. you can earn token just buying ticket. later on i will put the value of token. i will remove bitcoin images and put the logo. i will prefer usdt and xrp coin

What are we going to comment on and suggest if your site is under construction there's nothing on it we do not know what kind of features you are going to install so we have zero idea of what your site is bringing to the community.

The right thing to do is to fully configure your site and place a notification on the home page that it is under construction from there we can suggest what is lacking and what should be added to your platform, you do not present an uncomplete site and ask us what to put in it, you are the webmaster so you should be the one to put everything here.

What is the point of asking for members to comment on a site that is still under construction 

You won't get as much input as that of a site that is at least functional. You would even get the benefit of some members doing the beta testing for you. Hell I just signed up on your site and even agreed to the terms and conditions that are not there and I have an account now.

Rushing to present your idea will not be useful to you, just as this is not the appropriate section for such discussions, especially since your site is not an open source and is not directed primarily to serve and develop Bitcoin. At this stage, you can receive suggestions, but we cannot provide you with more,  it is better to lock this topic or change to Proposals.

Checking the name of the site I was redirected to a login page so the default home page is the login and create account page, I think you created a site to phish email information, even the TOS and privacy is not working although it's being highlighted.

You have to explain your intention if this is not meant to be phishing emails you should have created a homepage and disabled the create account and login page because your site is still under construction, all I know is, one of the links or pages that will be created last is the create account and login page.

I have seen this type of lottery before but those don't require logging in it's like a hash and there is the address where they'll deposit the money for the ticket and then if they win, you'll input the address where you want to receive the winnings if ever you win with your ticket.
We can't give that much review on your website if it's under construction so, finish it first and have something inside on it so that we can see. It's discouraging to see the landing page asking to log in while most casinos will allow you to explore their platforms.
