This is not a sport I do not consider sex is a sport because this is more appropriate on sexual pornography.
In fact, this is quite enough for me, in my opinion, because only Sweden has declared that sex will become a sports tournament, can you imagine if it was widely broadcast on TV in public?

Then what about the news reporting this sport? While the Internet does not have a minimum age limit to view it, this is clearly unreasonable.

Thousands of years of human civilization made people more creative and that brought us here, so creative that sex has become a sport. I just almost choked when I read this title, this is very funny, how can sex be used as a sport? that's so ridiculous. Especially seeing the competition category, I really laughed reading it. Okay... This was sent as an image to me by one of my friends, I honestly thought of it as a joke but then I see this and I'm like what? I'm actually rather curious as to what the mentality and reasoning behind this is, like how was it even brought up? or even thought of?

I'd say that breathing is going to be a more likely sport than sex really. It being done openly can be a matter of discussion, well a lot more than it being applicable as a sport, that I'm sure of. And I hardly doubt I'd ever bet on this even if it becomes official (I hope not, don't make me lose hope in humanity).

What is the world now turning into? Are we now in the stage of life to start doing analysis on the reproductive system and sex to earn money, where is the shame? I'm supposed to answer your question but this is out of line, gambling is already eating the society with addictions in one way or the other but this should be the last thing to be tolerated in society, I mean look at the pornography industry today, many teenagers are fighting to live that, shouldn't the government blocking such events from the society. According to my understanding, sex can be categorized as sports, but the definition is privacy. well, in this case, it can refer to the pornographic element if it is shown widely or commercialized through video or all kinds of things. however, if it is done for fun, without publication, it can fall into the category of sport. yes, sports are healthy for lovers. besides that, it triggers quite a large amount of adrenaline.

Now, referring to what you say, well, what's done in that country. apparently, they are too creative so that sex can be made part of a sport that can be shown or contested. People could be familiar of things through exposure but it won't guarantee a build up with interest to continue betting. Some gamblers imight give it a try as long as it has the tendency to generate profit on their end.

I think this competition will not be broadcast on National TV. Even though they legalize free sex though, they definitely understand the age limit of the audience. I found this competition will be broadcasted via live streaming, followed by 20 participants globally, the winner will be determined based on the audience and the judges' decision. It's very far from sports, but if you think about it from a different angle, sex is also part of sports, because sex can affect the health of the body. Well, maybe the privacy of having sex is no longer important for some people, so this is commonplace for entertainment.

You are entirely correct. Of course, it will not be broadcast on national television because viewer discretion is advised. Sport is amusing, but this one is out of the question; how can mature minds sit back and watch two people getting it hard, things blowing out of proportion? Fact is, no matter how often a sport is ridiculed, there will always be followers,  and the sport sites will ranged hugely interms of traffics from people on the sites, especially desperate ones willing to watch and even wager on the game. Though the possibilities for it are very low, if sportsbooks decide to add this for bettors to bet on, it will probably only be about which team is going to win or score more points, etc. Since as said in the OP, there will be a number of rounds and parts in which a couple would perform and there will be a jury that will judge which couple did the best in each round and probably provide numbers based on their performance.

It sounds insane but if they actually go ahead with it, I'm sure there will also be ways for sportsbooks to implement this as well among the available sports that gamblers can choose to bet on. I personally don't see sex to be a sport and I don't understand how it is being categorized this way.

Yes, it could be that crypto and fiat-based casinos or bookies will stay away from it because it is not a sport or a gambling game but an activity created for gambling. I think they have gone too deep into it. I wouldn't consider sex as a sport and any tournament that takes place in the name of sex is purely the promotion of pornography, and erotic vibes in the minds of the youngsters. How could something like sex is supposed to be a sport? It's a way of life and is important for our well being and reproduction, and is a act that should be done in privacy. They're now naming it in championships and that will only promote vulgarity and cheap mindset for the viewers.

I would never bet on this thing because it isn't a right sport in my mind and I would keep distance from such sports that directly promote nudity and shamelessness. Although, that's their choice for creating such sports, but I don't think that anyone with a sane mindset would ever favor such sports unless they love vulgarity.
