Is it true that what you mean is the betting limit? if true, you have a positive mindset to respond to this case if it occurs. because basically gambling is only for betting and having fun without any coercion and crypto trading is only for additional profit and if BTC is banned in our country surely we will not be affected having to make a profit in gambling like you said. gambling will forever be just a place for fun and if BTC is also banned in my country there may still be other alternatives to be able to gamble responsibly for entertainment purposes only like using fiat in local gambling.

Since I know that I am not a good gambler, and do not have any winning certainty, deciding to want to still go ahead to gamble means I just want to waste that money. My desire is to make more money from what I have, gambling is not the only way to achieve this, so I will withdraw the money and find other ways to multiply the money, or just decide to keep holding the Bitcoins until they increase and my country becomes less against Bitcoins.

At that point your only option may be to hold your coins, after all if trading bitcoin is forbidden where you live this also includes P2P transactions, so there is not much that a person can do in that scenario, you either hold your coins or you move to a country in which you can buy and sell bitcoin, however such an extreme move would only make sense if you have a lot of bitcoin, now you could also decide to go against the law and hope to not get caught, but by doing this you will be taking a massive risk.

Yes, including my country, maybe there are several countries that prohibit bitcoin like in my country 5 years ago, maybe because they haven't set taxes, so in my country, I have given a little freedom now to bitcoin holders and consider bitcoin as a commodity asset, so there are also many crypto exchanges in my country is taxed for the government, that's why it's just a matter of taxes it's not really prohibited because something that is prohibited as long as taxes and income for the country are there, everything will be safe.

I'm not that good in gambling but I think I wouldn't risk it as well just because it is legal. I'd rather sell it on someone online whose country isn't illegalized crypto trading than risk it for gamble which in fact may just loss it. I think waiting will be good if you have other sources of income but if you want the money badly then selling it will be a good idea.

Yes, we can't go against the government because the government has resources that we don't know about and they can find us even if we hide. The government wants to get taxes from its citizens, so it seems to tighten its rules to make them obey the law. And it's better for us to follow the regulations ourselves while waiting for developments and updates from the government so we won't get into trouble. There's no such thing as a good gambler Mabe with the exception of those who engage in gambling activities only when they spot an opportunity when the advantage is on their side (but those are rare).

Gambling is very risky which means the possibility of losing my funds is high. I don't think I will even consider increasing my gambling budget because my income did not increase. Using VPN and other means might be illegal so the best option will be to stop trading for the time being and focus on other investment areas or become a long-term hodler. I will hodl and keep monitoring my investment until I get to my selling price. I don't mind moving to another country to do my Bitcoin transaction and return to my country. Bitcoin is a lifetime investment, so even if you decide to keep your coins until the government lifts the ban, that's still okay because Bitcoin is gradually becoming a globally accepted currency. I agree, I mean if you keep gambling then when it gets banned it is going to be a bit of a trouble and I would not really be happy about that. I think it is a lot better if we could just ignore all that and instead focus on what we could do with it. I know that a lot of people would gamble because that's what they do but that's a wrong move and they should just tur nit into fiat.

They banned trading, then mining and both trading and mining were happening in China despite the ban. The only thing you weren't able to do is exchange btc for fiat but you were able to do it using cash, outside the law.

I'd never obey the law that is stupid and made to oppress people. I wouldn't stop using bitcoin for any reason and laws made by my government would never stop me from owning it. Yes, it is different. But the asset you are playing for and trying to win is not being valued by the government you're in. That is the case with OP's post. I would say that if you have that faith that the coin you are holding will last longer than the time horizon of your country banning the cryptocurrency, then it will be worth it. If you don't have that, then better to cash out all the funds that you have invested in then have a lesser exposure bot in crypto gambling and crypto alone.

Some people might end up diverting all their money into gambling, just because they believe that's the last thing which they will do is start gambling with it, they wont maintain the way they have been gambling before, and gambling is really risky, your chances of losing money is really high.
