What happened:: I would like to warn you that maverickgames.com casino is a scam. Seven months ago I opened an account, made a deposit and received a bonus. I sent the documents and my account was verified. Support asked me why my ip address is different from the country of registration. I explained that I travel to different countries and the countries I was in are not prohibited in the rules of maverickgames.com. I was allowed to play on their site. I was betting on sports and my winnings were several thousand dollars. But as soon as I ordered the payout, I got this message: "We noticed that your account is very closely linked to another on our website as well as manipulating an IP address of a device you're using to access the website. These break our terms and conditions and is why your account is being suspended.

We have also made the decision to refund your deposit only. Your winnings will be debited from your account and you can withdraw your initial deposit. "After that, only the deposit was returned to me and my account was closed.

I thought you were kamen1 alt account who created another scam accusation against Maverickgames two days ago. Your and his user name looks similar as well. As you said, you created your account about seven months ago, and your KYC was verified. You were playing on their website, winning several thousand dollars. Did they pay you smoothly in that seven months? Did you withdraw your winnings during the seven months time range? Or, you did not withdraw your winnings in these seven months and have now tried to withdraw them all at once?

As I can see, you have posted the complaint on their ANN thread, and they choose to ignore you. Did you try to PM their representative account? Their account is online right now (The moment I am posting this). You can ask them Via PM to check this thread and post publicly. If they still choose not to reply to you. You can file a complaint against them on askgamblers.com or their license provider Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. If they can prove their claim, then you have nothing to do. Do not gamble when you are traveling.

OP, try to switch and look for other activities, apart from gambling, you must know that being involved in gambling activities is a high risk apart from experiencing defeat, lost money, frustration, and so on all of that can damage yourself, aren't you involved in gambling, no one forces you and tells you to bet.

I've seen all the gambling sites operating here, getting accusations, mostly from beginner accounts, what really happened, was this a rival or vice versa, OP if you know online gambling sites are fraudulent and so on, try to stop gambling, because if something happens that is detrimental to you no one can help you lose.

The problem with the maverickgames.com gambling site, which is sure you already know they have representatives here, of course you know what to do, I'm sure everything can be resolved fairly, if what happened is true, the point is: why are other people's problems being solved and why not you.

I don't think AG intermediate cases against Maverick Games, I can't find their name on AG's database. CasinoGuru, though, does. The other complainant you mentioned above kamen1 has already submitted complaint on CG. OP, if you want to, you can do the same. No one here can know if you are telling the truth or not regarding your travelling and gambling habits. It's possible of course that you were indeed in a different country from the one whose ID documents you possess. A different scenario is that you are gambling from a restricted location or that you got banned and returned to the site and are now using VPN software to hide your identity.

To confirm if you are telling the truth or not, a trusted mediator would have to look at the presented evidence. If you don't want to go down that route, this thread doesn't really have much value. It's a person saying they got scammed and nothing else. The story begins and ends there.

the problem is with your account. I don't know how the casino contacted you regarding your IP which might change due to moving countries or IP which is indeed blacklisted from the casino. and how does Casino allow you to keep playing?

I once asked one of the new casinos in this forum. regarding the use of the VPN that I use which is clearly prohibited by the casino. support gave a definite answer, not banning my account, but it's not allowed. if you want to keep playing then you will know the risks.

It's not that they just disable your account and confiscate your earnings you have issues with your IP because it is linked to other accounts and you cannot refute it and it's a clear violation of their terms since they let you withdraw your initial deposit and you accept there's nothing to be done here.

Just refrain from playing or pick the right casino to play it's better to contact them first and let them know your situation so they can stop you or allow you to play to avoid any issues.

Your story looks like more scam than the casino. You admit to yourself that you are travelling that cause your account IP varies too much. The problem is your reason is too good to be true. You use an IP that is connected to other user that probably avail the same bonus.

Your story of travelling seems like a fake reason just cover the fact that you are using VPN to change your IP so that you can claim bonuses using multiple account. Use askgambler to open a dispute against Mavericks if you are very eager to this case. You can send your passport with them to show your travel logs if it's coincide to the mavericks IP logs on your account.

Judging by what holydarkness said, AskGamblers doesn't mediate in disputes that concern MaverickGames. He couldn't find the casino on their website. I also did a quick search and couldn't find it either. CasinoGuru could be of assistance, though, if the player wanted their help. Based on OP's results, I don't think he want's to take this any further.

Even if he does, there's nothing CG can do. Based on OP's statement I quoted below this post, OP reached to their licensor, Isle of Man, and the licensor agreed on the findings made by the casino and ruled the case in favor to the casino. CG can not intermediate this as they will not intervening disputes that's already ruled out by the "highest possible" authority.

IIRC, every licensor stated that they're the last step of solving disputes due to this very reason, that their decision is final, and that gamblers should have been sure they've exhausted any possible means of resolution prior to escalating it to them

This is what also happened to the "neighboring" case of kamen1, where CG will not intermediating a case that's already ruled out by the licensor [the verdict of the said case is quoted below the line].

As you have confirmed that the regulator decided in favour of the casino, and as we do respect such decisions, I'm afraid there is nothing more that can be achieved here. I only recommend you collect your deposits back and let us know afterwards, so we can close this case accordingly.

Ahh... umm... I think you got a tad bit confused, their name and case similarities indeed do a little trick and brain twist. I am not sure how related they are and/or if they're both operated by one man, but the topic referenced on the CG is posted by username kamen1, raised under the username kamen, with the content of the thread mentioned that they've tried to reach CG and got no answer --prior to me reaching maverick's representative to notify them about this-- while the poster of this thread, kezar1 never filed a complaint to CG, only directly to the licensor, as he stated on this thread. So maybe they are unrelated... maybe.

Ahh... umm... I think you got a tad bit confused, their name and case similarities indeed do a little trick and brain twist. Or maybe Kezar1 knowing what the outcome of the dispute might be on CasinoGuru might be just didn't bother to create a complaint there. But this issue of VPNs and IP addresses is always going to cause problems with genuine or just cheaters.

I think casinos should devise away of blocking accounts on registration (more like evil IP address bans) rather than wait for someone to register, deposit money, when they lose, they gladly take the money, when they win, they start asking for KYC and then  "Your account has been locked for multi-accounting"

They didn't, and even if they did, I don't think CG will or can do much, given that they've jumped straight to the licensor. If I may infer from their post on Maverick's ANN thread, the licensor's decision also didn't lean toward them, given they wanted to escalate it further by planning to file a lawsuit against maverick.
