Well, you just don't need to go all in the next time you turn your profit into a huge one. The only one who can solve your problem is yourself but it doesn't just take overnight to get over with it, you need patience to yourself as well. I think you need a financial advisor if you still can't solve your problem, don't keep it all to yoursel, the thing with those who has problems is that they know it but they aren't seeking help to anyone, especially an expert.

Hi, I've been a previous commenter in one of your posts (turning 4k into 90k), and I must say you wouldn't get there without having something that most sports bettors don't, cause those are large and monumental wins considering the capital you started with. I've never won that much in my gambling journey, so I couldn't really give you any advice that would strike dead center, but from my experiences of winning considerable amounts of money from small capitals, I figured out the right way to save your wins and diminish losses as much as possible.

That is through effective money management. Let's take your last bet for example.

You won 90k, but now instead of going all in, you take 10% of that prize money, and use that for betting, the rest will be saved into a bank, or over something where you would deposit your money in. Whatever happens to your bet now, you still have a lot of money to play with, maybe even money that you could save and keep to compound and reach that 1,000,000 bucks dream of yours.

You have to get rid of your all-in mentality, it works well when you have a small bankroll but for bigger bankrolls the risks outweigh the benefits. If you're in for the thrill of it and not for the profit then go, do as you like, who am I to tell you how to play your game right? But if you're here asking how to save as much of your winnings as possible, then take my advice, and be smarter with your winnings.

A quick and direct answer is....
Set boundaries!

What is your objective? raise 2x, 5x the amount initially contributed?
Then when you reach that, withdraw 50% of the winnings to your personal account and continue betting only with the other 50%.
reached the goal again? then make another withdrawal.
Ah... you lost the other 50%? then analyze carefully what is the amount you will deposit again. I would recommend starting over with the initial contribution, no more than that.
Keep losing? then stop and come back another day or the following week... resist the temptation to return all the money to the casino. Spend that money on something else, do something different, enjoy your winnings, and you'll start to realize that there are other forms of pleasure besides gaming.

There is only one answer to that, move on, learn from your experience and accept your losses.  That is the way to get over your countless failures.  I think $1m is too high to aim and get in a short span of time.  One thing I see is that you have a problem with waiting and possibly you fail to apply bankroll management.  It is ok to think where you could have gone wrong and avoid it when you decided start betting  and aim for $1m again. I would not say $1m is unrealistic considering the bankroll of @OP because in gambling due to its randomness everything is possible to happen.

How many times that you've got that situation OP? Because for sure you've changed when you got lost $100k while the next mistake is not just normal.
Anyways, I don't easily believe that it works in gambling turning $1,000 to $100k but given such an example, a person who has no contentment will always lose in the end and this often happens in gambling while we are thinking luck is always on our side and we can win more today while disregarding the possibility that it turns our nightmares and big regrets.

No matter what advice or suggestions you will receive here, it's impossible that you can really follow it properly since it's on you how to deal with that. It will really be stuck in your mind for a brief period of time and you can't just forget it.

Give it time and you will soon get over with it, not fully 100% but at least you should already accept what happened.

Learn how to stop when you made a huge win. Go outside, play another games, buy new things, etc. That always a help to me when it comes a straight winning, i mean a week or two weeks of winning straight, not that much but a huge win for me. If you knew how to manage your time, not become too hype when you win, not being greedy, and learn how to stop, that win will be more visible especially for a huge bettor like you.

If was you, OP. Next time I managed to get a good streak while betting on matches, I would put some of that money to one side (it does not have to be much, just like 500$), so you can get professional help.

What you are experimenting is not okey and you should not continue to delay to set your priorities right and visit some psychologist or even a psychiatrist. Well if you can turn a thousand into a hundred thousand, that means you only need self-control and patience. You are already capable of making 100z on your bankroll, and what's lacking right now is your ability to wait. That's gambling. When we win we are always greedy and regretful when everything is lost. If we lose, we are curious and deposit continuously until the money runs out. Controlling greed is not easy, but it takes practice.

He can I think based on the volume of his wins but based on how he's losing control of himself, it may take time or might never. I wouldn't be too optimistic about his dream if he won't change his attitude towards being compulsive and losing his grip on his wins. The goal is to reach that amount so that whatever his winning amounts are, the important factor is how much he is taking from that win and how much he is saving. But note that for every big win that he make, we'll never know the background of it on how much he's losing before hitting good numbers.
