The SEC rules this time are tougher than before, it seems that they are only meant to bring down the largest crypto market, Binance. but I don't need to worry because after all, binance is still a lot of people's interest, there are surely many ways for binance to keep doing well. even if binance really has to be closed i think crypto will still exist maybe the decentralized market will come back like etherdelta or forkdelta in a better version without being able to be claimed by any country's regulations.

In as much as I do not encourage people to leave their funds on Binance, myself I'm a victim. Most times the money I need for fiat is being kept on Binance before I convert to fiat.
Binance is going no where and even if Binance will fail, it is not now. Binance is too global.
We should simply stop this FUD on the largest CEX in cryptocurrency. If anything happens to Binance, it is us that will suffer it and not CZ and it is the market that will plunge into more bear.
It may even prevent the expected halving bull run if it happens. Binance is not limited to only US. Binance is global and US cannot hunt it down.

Binance is currently the largest exchange in the world. it is true that binance is not only about the US, and there are still many outside of that who still faithfully use the services of binance. I think if something bad happens to the US, then it won't become a global problem, and of course if that happens then the market will definitely experience an extraordinary crash, and before that happens I think the binance team will prepare steps to anticipate it, moreover it's not easy to build trust from consumers

Based on how far binance has gone globally, showed that the lawsuit will not destroy binance than to favour binance because many users will do everything possible to encourage their government to allow them to stay in the country so that the users will not find it difficult to search for potential exchange in the country. I think, there are other exchange we can use to exchange our fiat and crypto in the community without involving binance exchange because all those exchange are safe and secure in transaction. This is the reason many people prefer to save their money on Bitcoin than binance because government can do something that will affect the binance, but they don't have the strength or power to do anything that will affect Bitcoin.

They will have to face consequences with lot of their hidden terms they are using for their own personal profits but it could have impact on the market as they are main crypto exchanges at this time with billions of dollars volume and userbase but at the end market will survive as we have seen FTX collapse also but for me I have my coins in my own custody so won't affect me much.

Binance has been through a lot, even heavier than their issue with the SEC as far as I know, and they have overcome all of that. The XRP issue of the US is not over yet, the case is still centralized, how much can Binance do, which is not what I know.

In addition to that, Binance and Coinbase are both big companies, that's not something that the SEC can easily handle, I believe they will overcome that and when that issue is over, cryptocurrencies will definitely be green in the market.

This is not very good news. Personally, it’s comfortable for me to use binance, and if they don’t, then there will be inconvenience. But they will definitely be replaced by something else.
It is also worth noting that the USA and CANADA are not the whole world yet, and if it is prohibited there, then in other countries people will still use it
Also, this news will not have a good effect on the general mood of people in relation to cryptocurrencies. But, that is if they can really take down Binance. Because of how much it grew, they can hire all the best lawyers in the world if they want to be protected. A lots are happening now and we don't know the fate of Binance in the United States since the sex had been fighting the exchange for some breach which suppose not to be a bug problem like we are seeing. There are so many news about the Sec sanctioning Binance US exchange but I think the case is still in the course. This may not going to be a good news from my end but we hope that the sec will not finally kick Binance from US or Gary might finally be sacked if the contrary happens. We hope to see the final judgement on the case between Binance and the SEC.

I think the person at the head, Gary, ended up being a bit more cut throat than anyone expected and that's causing all this trouble that doesn't mean that we are going to end up with any trouble that would not be rewind back when the time comes but it could cause some trouble for the time being.

In the end, we are going to see SEC being a lot more light touched in the future, he is being dethroned for what he is doing and that is why all the attack we are getting, he is getting himself as well and the further he attacks the weaker his defense will be and that's why I am sensing that he is going to lay off on the attacks and start building a defense to keep his position. It would be the smart thing to do at least, not sure if he will do it.

Unlike with those exchangers back in the past on which on the time that they would really be facing up some issue they do really go below into the rankings or something that they would really be easily get replaced by other exchange which it is unlike on Binance on which we've seen that there's lot of issues on which this exchange had able to pass on but still standing strong even up to now.
There's still that much demand and recognition on it which it is why it isnt really that shocking that it would really be that they do still able to withstand or their existence is really still that relevant.
These issues would just simply come past and go and on the time that everything is settled then it would really be just continuing on what it should supposed to be done.

That is it mate. I know that CZ is so smart and he cannot be taken unaware. Even if it is someone who is not smart, with the community Binance have, with the affiliation, sponsorship and endorsement, the CEO cannot let it fail.
Even if you raise a very big FUD, only an announcement by Binance for free trade or free token airdrop will draw millions back to Binance.

I am not saying Binance cannot fail and I am not also saying you should use Binance as your personal wallet. I am just saying that you should use Binance like and exchange it is.

That seems a terrible happen to Binance but never I lost hope to get these things over and solved. Never I say that it can be easy to win back the trust of the people as this case continue but for sure, still a lot of Binance users who are still trusting this platform believe that they are not worth to shutdown than these unreliable exchanges that have been floating around.

I understand how the SEC is regulating the crypto market to stop and minimized scams and fraudulent transactions and so the Binance team must show and prove that they are not doing illegal activities.

No one knows for sure whether binance will stop or not, but for now binance global can still operate and what I know is that only Binance US is experiencing problems. Even if the assumption is that later binance has to stop and can no longer operate, bitcoin will still be around us and has nothing to do with exchanges that come or go.

SEC is only after Binance US, they won't be able to hurt Binance globally but only in the US, most individuals use centralized exchanges like yourself to convert their cryptocurency to fiats. If you keep those amount on exchanges it's not bad since traders also keep their trading amount on exchanges to make it easier for opening trading order and not having to wait for coins confirm before they can start trading.

Since you're not storing your coins on exchanges then you're not doing anything harmful, the coins you want to convert to fiats won't stay long on the exchange and if the exchange was to collapse while your coins are on the exchange, it won't hurt you much due to the amount lost.

Binance is one of the most popular and one of the largest crypto exchanges. The terms of use of this exchange are very simple and more secure that is why this exchange has gained so much popularity. But recently two exchanges, Coinbase and Binance, have been involved in a lawsuit. The court may hear this case very soon. CZ is a very smart person he won't give up so easily but if for some reason binance loses the case what will happen to the users. A large number of users are involved in this exchange and so far a large amount of money has been deposited in this exchange, but if various users lose the CZ case for any reason, is there any chance of losing the money of the users?

I personally really don't want to expect bad things to happen again, as well as various top exchanges that might have problems again. But it seems that what I hope will continue to be wishful thinking because especially the SEC will not just stop. What's more, their target Binance doesn't seem to have quite been reached yet, so they will continue to harass them until they reach their goal. In fact, the problem with Binance has actually been around for a long time, right? but until now, they still can't confirm it.

Further steps and the situation in general is a mystery. The bottom line is that no one can make an accurate forecast. It all depends on the situation, so you need to be able to adapt to the situation.

Adapting to a situation like today is not easy for everyone if it is not supported by knowledge or good ways of seeing opportunities or other opportunities that can be profitable. Now the situation is different from last year and it's not always the same every month, so everyone still has to learn to control themselves so they can adapt to the current conditions.

Any prediction is never accurate, but everyone always prefers to make predictions that even the results are very close to what happened even though the basic references are taken from what has happened in the previous year. And all of this doesn't always depend on the situation, but really depends on how everyone reacts to what is happening and what will be possible to happen.
