BestChange made that post nearly 3 years ago, it is surprising you are just reacting to it nearly 3 years later. I have not taken a close look at the website for myself though. And your op does not say anything at all about your service, just straight into promo, that's weird isn't it.

I looked, but the link to BestChange is not working. Or maybe they did a redesign and changed all the links?

Or maybe because they no longer list it in their monitor? Since its been a long time they made that post. However i'll leave it to op to provide more information on this.

Personally ever since the CoinTor exit scam, I have always tested new mixers/exchanges before adding them to the site. Unless Royse or ico recommended them to me. Or they have an Orangefren guarantee. So no. The bolts have just been tightened, that's all.

There's a lot of services who don't really use Bitcointalk as you can see, so sometimes, outreach is required.

Once you become a recognizable and attractive source as an aggregator, you should introduce a condition that the service must open a thread on this forum or on altcoinstalks for mixers, before listing consideration. The way of communication with users often speaks volumes about the level at which a service is. Also, there must be an unmoderated user place for potential reports of work problems.
Forum discussions are quite underrated.
