I visited your site, and I can immediately say that I liked the site itself, it is made intuitively and logically. I also liked the quite large number of cryptocurrencies to exchange. But just in connection with this, I had a question. I don’t quite understand why someone should use your exchanger and not an exchange, where you can place maker orders and thus get a more favorable rate? Just because it can be faster with your service, or because some exchanges require identification and people want to avoid it?

I can also say that I resort to the services of an exchanger when I want to exchange cryptocurrency for fiat. But I have not seen such currency pairs on your site. Are they planned to be added, at least UAH and USD?

Our key advantage lies in the simplicity and speed of the exchange. The user only needs to enter the desired wallet and transfer funds. As you noticed, we have a lot of coins and it is possible to change any pairs. On exchanges, it is not always possible to exchange directly, plus registration and identity confirmation are required.

Another important advantage is the minimum exchange limit. On many pairs, you can exchange from 0.0006 BTC, which is only 20 dollars (for example, BTC -> MATIC, and much more). Many exchangers do not consider it necessary to bother with such amounts.

In the future, we will definitely add fiat. This is a rather complex and lengthy process.

I see that a possibility of avoiding registration and identity confirmation can be considered as a great advantage of your exchanger. Many people are not satisfied with such requirements which are now becoming a rule for almost every exchange. That can be seen as your benefit.

But I still have some questions about the minimum amount for change. For example Binance offers a convertation service, where you can simply convert one coin into another. And an amount can be really small, like 2 or 3 dollars equivalent. Sure, thy take commission for that, and it makes this option not really advantageous. But what I am interested in in is if your exchange service more profitable than such convertation on different exchanges?

Fiat services would be a huge advantage. I understand it takes time to implement it and I wish you to succeed in that

Currency exchange is a low-margin business. If some exchanger gives a very good rate, most likely they dump the price to attract customers.

Somewhere we are definitely better. And somewhere not  But pay attention to the minimum amount in the last exchanger. We can change the amount 100 times smaller.

I always take an open communication stance. We have some reserves on major coins. But you must understand that it is impossible to keep reserves for 350+ coins.

If you cannot have reserves for 350+ coins, you should turn off the pair until you have enough funds to resume the pair again to avoid trouble. About giving the proof of reserves, you can show the proof of reserves of some coins like BTC, ETH, and USDT. Those are the most favorite coins. Why don't you have USDT BEP20? I have been using pnnv.com all these days and since their side project BTC price update site isn't working, I'm getting feared of getting my tx stuck and that's why looking for an alternative.
