EXC24 platform update

We’ve recently completed a set of technical and policy-related improvements on the EXC24 platform.

The main focus was on exchange and deposit flow stability.

We updated several exchange-related processes and resolved a number of inconsistencies connected with deposit handling. These changes are aimed at making the system faster, more flexible, and more reliable during regular use.
