1XBIT SCAMMED for 30.69mBTC

What happened::
I registered on their site 18.06, I've made deposit of 10mBTC and placed it on various pre-match events. I made second deposit of 12mBTC same day, I was live betting for rest of the day. So by betting on 5 events CS:GO and football (all live singles) I managed to end the day with a balance of 50.69mBTC
I decided to withdraw 30.69mBTC, and leave 20mBTC for futher playing there. I woke up next day and I saw that withdrawal did not come nor I could not log into my account. I contacted live support then, what is up with my account, they told me to write mail to their "security team".
Within a few hours, I received an email with information that terrified me. Their team decided to end their relationship with me and close my account without giving me any reason or possibility to withdraw my funds.
UPDATE while writing this: It seems that I can log into my account again, they refunded all my bets and I have only deposit amount of my account.
So basically they stole 28.69mBTC, everything I made over this day they decided to not pay me out, I bet on 7 events at all and every bet got refunded, I did not use any software or I did not abuse any bug with odds, most of bets were live-bets based on what I saw watching cs:go matches.

So basically they stole 28.69mBTC, everything I made over this day they decided to not pay me out, I bet on 7 events at all and every bet got refunded, I did not use any software or I did not abuse any bug with odds, most of bets were live-bets based on what I saw watching cs:go matches.

You should consider yourself lucky that they refunded you all your bets and now the stolen amount is lowered to 28.69mBTC. 1xbit is a scam site and you already have mentioned their link to the ANN thread.

Haven't you read the comments and feedback about this site on thier ANN thread and also did you not see the negative feedback given to their manager plus everyone who advertise 1xbit on this forum ? If you knew all this why did you play at that scam site? Any particular reason?
There are so many other good gambling sites to deposit and play but you choose the scammed one

It's good that they didn't take all of your deposits either; you made a mistake, man, in choosing this fraudulent 1Xbit platform; you can try to withdraw the remaining mBTC of your account immediately because I'm sure that the 1Xbit platform owners, after seeing your topic, can close your account again. This scam casino platform has had a bad reputation for years, and it has a red flag, I don't know why it hasn't stopped until today. And why is it attractive to players despite the spread of so many accusations of scam around it? There are many famous and reputable casino platforms here, so before depositing your funds on any casino platform, you should do your research and watch the ratings and reviews of the players about it, so as not to lose your money and waste your time in vain.

sorry you had to experience this. 1xbit is notorious for accusing their gamblers of breaking their rules and confiscating the gambler's deposit and winnings without any explanation. as virasog has said, you are lucky that you were able to get your deposit back(not that it justify what happened to you) unlike the many gamblers that have come to this forum to complain about their gambling site.

Sometimes I wonder how hard can it be for a user to type "1xbit.com reviews" or " Is 1xbit.com a safe casino to use?" like it's going to take you less than 10 minutes to get your search result, you'll see bitcointalk threads flooding the recommendations and I'm sure that 99.9% of them from this forum is a scam accusation.

I don't know if you're a newbie in this forum or someone that has an account but decided to create an alt jsut for this thread, whichever the case may be next time make sure you do proper research before you start using any casino. If you're not sure of your research you can simply create a thread in gambling board and askk your question there about any casino and those with experience will give you the appropriate answer, don't just go around clicking on any casino jsut because of the welcome bonuses you get.

Now that you've gotten your initial deposit the best thing to do is to withdraw( if you haven't already) and delete your account permanently (if it's allowed) and look for a more reputable casino to continue your gambing activity. We have so many that you can choose from in this forum with active representatives.

sadly that's true, they have a decent rating on Trustpilot. they are a big company and advertise their gambling sites on a lot of platforms(I won't be surprised if they also pay people to post positive reviews of their gambling site on trust pilot). One of the things why I am sceptical about the reviews on their Trustpilot is you'll see a pattern in the positive reviews if you read enough of them.

Like all the others here its surprising that they let you withdraw, some other complainants are totally ignored, I'm surprised that they are now doing this but they are still scam sites, it's been quite some time since I have not seen a new post about 1xbit here but this does not mean that they are changing their ways, they are very far from going straight even though they claim in their thread that they are resolving issues, with hundreds of scam reports, it will take a lot of money to restore their reputation

I'm still encouraging people to post their bad experiences on 1xbit here when it comes to scams, there are never enough bad reports.

We can say he has the distinction  of being the only complainant where he got a refund from a notorious scammer 1xbit, I am left with the question how come or are they changing their ways? I don't think so, it's a mystery but they are still the notorious scam that we know, nothing will change that.

If you received back your total deposited funds but did not receive any winnings (because they were contested by 1xbit/1xbit1) then that is something of an event for you hold on to. Such is the scale of allegations regarding selective scamming by 1xbit/1xbit1 that it would be easy to forget things but reading they actually returned deposited funds after they alleged fraud in the first place, it really is not a common move by them.

You should be happy you managed to get something back from them because not many people do.

Once bitten twice shy and yes the casino is still the notorious scam casino because they are good at playing tricks that will lure more gamblers into their casino and for the refund of the OP's initial deposit maybe they still have the people's interest at heart

Yes, this forum is a great reviewer of casinos since there's no chance of manipulation here but I suggested the two websites because there are some casinos that are not on here that are doing well in the gambling space and the 2 websites have them.
Trust me they also provide honest reviews especially AskGambler they work on getting gamblers their funds if the casino is listed on their website.

There is nothing Lucky about that. If OP had lost, there wouldn't be any issue... It's only when you win that where they start claiming you did something wrong and at best they will give you only your deposit. So, if I may ask, what is the point of playing at all on 1xbit if there is a high chance that you will never get your winnings in case you win?

You must research about a casino site before putting your money in it. 1xbit is known to be a scam site and anyone in this forum who tried to promote the casino got tagged by reputed members just to warn new users that the casino is a scam and could easily loot your money. Even though, they are now proven to be a scam, they're still getting new gamblers on their site and then freezing their accounts. The is no point in accusing a scam site that everyone knows is a scam, and those casino people doesn't even care if someone calls them frauds. There are still people who are promoting the casino only to earn some revenue from their signature campaign. Trustpilot maybe a great source of information to avoid a casino or a site but its more reliable to get the information here since we can read real time reviews came from legit person which experience the worst on that casino.  To many scam issues happen again in again in that casino so maybe this is the time that majority should avoid to use that casino for good to avoid scamming scenarios to happen again, there are many reputable casino we can select and 1xbit is just a worst selection.

Don't be one sided, you can add positive and negative reviews in Trustpilot, it means anyone can create a bunch of fake negative reviews the same as positive reviews. Why did you choose a gambling platform without asking or making research about them first, if you're to click on their profile here or their participants who promote them am sure you would have discovered a warning message displayed on top of the page as tag on them for possible scam related experience if dealing with them, but just as you've been earlier told that you're lucky to be able to get some out of their custody is enough a testimony alone, try and read about a casino reputation before choosing them.
