People, altcoinstalks.com thread is abandoned. Nobody talks to me there
I stopped using that forum because gambling board was a mess full of spam. Gambling board in bitcointalk is also a mess full of spam, specially because users are forked to post there to receive payment from signature campaigns... But there isnt spam in l0tt0 thread there anyway. I am the only one posting in the last months.... i only post here to keep a record of the build... i can count on one hand the amount of players we've gotten from this forum, so i really dont give a shit about altcoinsfarts. heh.

I think that maintaining this thread active is good for SEO, domain authority. You might get better results in google searches. I think community support might be good as well, if someone has a problem they can come here and ask questions looking for administration of l0tt0 and other players.

we are going to add Solana next.. i hear you on the stable- we'll get there.
Solana and stablecoins would be nice. What is complicated about usdt is that there are so many important networks: Erc20 , tron, solana, polygon, even liquid ... Chose one and people will ask for others. I don't know how others think, but I have always been more careful when I decided to bet with bitcoin than with altcoins. I take more risks with altcoins because I don't really care that much for them. Bitcoin is a different story. I will spend more time considering what is an appropriate stake if I am betting with my BTC. When it comes to USDT, the easiest thing is to go with the networks that are the most popular. Those would be Ethereum and Tron. Tron is the most expensive on the list but it's still being used a lot. To me, it wouldn't make sense to add support for USDT on Solana and Polygon, for example, and not support the tokens on Ethereum and Tron.

I use USDT much more often in Polygon, because it is the cheaper one. But I get your point. I used in Tron just once, to make a payment. I don't get why Tron it is popular for USDT I don't know how others think, but I have always been more careful when I decided to bet with bitcoin than with altcoins. I will spend more time considering what is an appropriate stake if I am betting with my BTC. This makes a lot of sense. I think I might have acted like that in the past as well. If I receive some shitcoin which I don't want to hold and I will have to convert it to bitcoin, it is more likely that I gamble it. It is very unlikely that I will gamble my precious bitcoin.

I never used solana and I dont care about it, but if people really want to use it on l0tt0 than I am not against it. It is time to add some stable coins and that can be on different chains. same, it would be nice to get stablecoins rather than other alts, but if solana/eth/tron gets added, it should be easier to add support for USDT/USDC after. I don't know how others think, but I have always been more careful when I decided to bet with bitcoin than with altcoins. i used to gamble with bitcoin in my early crypto gambling days, and it turned out to be a big mistake. now i only gamble with USDT, and it's easier for me to keep track of my losses. honestly anyone gambling with bitcoin is losing twice imo, first to the casino and second on the potential price increase. maybe it's just in my head, but i see depositing $50 worth of bitcoin and losing that is a bigger loss than depositing and losing $50 USDT.

It's not in your head bud, you are absolutely right, this is majorly the reason why I don't gamble using bitcoin, I always prefer to gamble using stable coins but sometimes, I could still manage to let some Altcoins go but my most preferred crypto currency when it comes to gambling is stablecoins, stable coin could be usdt, usdc which are the most popular ones, busd used to be popular too but unfortunately, they are no more.. I once stumbled into one of my old Wallet and saw some transactions I made back then, in one of those, I saw where I sent $20 worth of bitcoin to a casino which I gambled with and lost, And as at the time I stumbled into that wallet, i tried finding out how much that $20 worth of bitcoin will be worth then, and behold, it's worth around $270+, the time of the transaction was around 2017/2018, it made me feel a bit bad because I didn't make good use of that money. I feel dewez should really suspend listing Sol now and list a stablecoin instead and first, it's what I am waiting for to really start enjoying some of the games on this casino..

I feel this pain!!! I participated in YoloDice (already closed casino) signature campaign for years, and they paid directly in their account, 0.01 BTC per week (less than $100 at the time). I remember that I once lost 0.01 btc in a dice game. Then I sent more 0.01 to try to recover it, and lost again. Now it is a 1350 usd loss in silly bets lol

That is pretty much the same reason I prefer to use stablecoins to gamble, instead of Bitcoin or even other floating Cryptocurrencies like Litecoin. In the end, Bitcoin is a scarce resource used to transfer value in a decentralized way and FIAT can be inflated and manipulated at will by a handful of individuals in the United States, European Union and China. Making the bulkd of their citizens to lose their wealth gradually. Funnily enough, if one gambles with USDT or USDC in a couple of decades one could look back to one's wagwr an realize how much value it has lost.

Making the bulkd of their citizens to lose their wealth gradually. Funnily enough, if one gambles with USDT or USDC in a couple of decades one could look back to one's wagwr an realize how much value it has lost. But this is very much still better than spending bitcoin or any other currency capable of appreciating in price alongside bitcoin on gambling, because if in a decade, you spend $3000 USDT on gambling for example, you are rest assured that that value will remain the same, that value will always be $3000 . But imagine you spend the same $3000 worth of bitcoin on gambling, or let's just say that you had plan of spending not more than $3000 worth of bitcoin on gambling in a decade, if before then the crypto market enters a very good period, you will discover that you won't even gamble up to a decade and the dollar value of that number of bitcoins you have lost would have surpassed that $3000 target.. Spending bitcoin or any other good investment currencies like litecoin on gambling always appear to me as a double loss because we all know that it takes one being extremely lucky to gamble in a session and end in profit, and this is still no guarantee as well because profit made today can be lost tomorrow when you return to gamble, so to avoid being disappointed, I usually treat money reserved for gambling as money already lost.

you can't call yourself a gambler if you haven't done that at least once, lol man, this brings back memories (good and bad ones), i remember i did the same thing on bitsler, but the damage wasn't as small as 0.01 btc, i even rage quit gambling and deleted both my account and my bitcoin wallet at the time.

It is the same thing for me when I send coins to any casino, but I feel more comfortable with bitcoin because I dont have to worry about different networks. Last time I sent litecoin change to l0tt0 casino, and for stablecoins I always have doubt what blockhain address to use, and if I have enough ethereum or other base coins.

There is a solution for that nowadays as well. It's related to the wallets you use. If you don't have the native coin to pay for network fees (for example, ether on the Ethereum network or tron for the Tron blockchain), you can pay fees in the token you send. In your case, they would be deducted from your stablecoin balance. Metamask enables this for the Ethereum blockchain and maybe also for the L2 networks it supports. I have read similar information for TronLink and the Tron blockchain.

Sometimes a user had 1000 USDT but 0 ETH, so he couldn't move those coins. Pretty crazy... One more reason for l0tt0 to add some stablecoin support. Stablecoins are trending

I didnt know that I can sent USDT without ethereum, but metamask is complicated wallet for me and I dont like it. They are most likely charging some additional token fees when you dont have ethereum. anyway- we'll have an update up in a week with SOL and a bunch of other stuff.
I dont care about sol, but bunch of other stuff announcement sounds interesting.

I don't use Ethereum as a network that much, but I have MetaMask installed on my phone because of stablecoins that I use occasionally. I have never struggled with it or found it difficult to use. You select the network you want and find the tokens you are interested in. If they are not there, you can add the contract details to get them listed. They are most likely charging some additional token fees when you dont have ethereum.
I have never looked into it but it's possible. Paying network fees using native coins is the standard way to go. This is an added service where you probably pay a premium on top of the regular price, while they pay the fees for you and take a cut.

I didnt know that I can sent USDT without ethereum, but metamask is complicated wallet for me and I dont like it. They are most likely charging some additional token fees when you dont have ethereum. anyway- we'll have an update up in a week with SOL and a bunch of other stuff.
I dont care about sol, but bunch of other stuff announcement sounds interesting. and to everyones comments-- we'll be adding Tether on TRON after SOL. whats coming next week: * SOL * New account page * New profile pages * New mobile game redesign

All those updates are great dewez. Dont you think supporting ethereum is more important than tron? But I dont get why tron is so popular. It is the most expensive network to use... I also would prefer Polygon support as well (my favorite usdt chain )

bitmover is right. Tron is the most expensive network for sending stablecoins and other tokens for ordinary users. When I say 'ordinary', I mean those who aren't staking TRX and can take advantage of free energy to move tokens without paying network fees until their energy resources are spent for the day. If that's not the case, you will be paying either 6.4 TRX (almost $2) or 13 TRX (around $4) for a stablecoin transaction from a non-custodial wallet. The same type of transaction on the Ethereum network costs like $0.001 converted into ETH.
