So even though I know nothing is going to happen, I'm just curious to hear what the actual reason was behind all this if that ever happens, I doubt if they will reveal the reason behind this to the public but I'm sure there is something which we can't see and they are doing it only for that.

They won't fight that is for sure! META the Instagram parent company is copying Twitter. They have recently launched a feature know as Threads few hours back and all of this is just a marketing gimmick to promote this new feature. If you want to how it all started then you need to read the OP. It is all written in their as usual everything associated with technology billionaires is either promoting their projects on their platform or manipulating the markets. We did saw how Elon Musk deliberately manipulated Bitcoin price and a meme coin price using Twitter and later bought it when he relaized the power of social media.

Do they have to resort to gimmickry if they are going to launch something, both technology giants can launch a platform and their users will easily adopt it, just like the first time Mark Zuckerberg launches
Instagram and recently,  reels, right now it's still a hot topic and both camps are not backing up but you are right until they sign a contract the fight is still questionable.

Making a speculative fight doesn't really make sense to me just because they are planning to launch something as the names like Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk surely doesn't need something like this just to become relevant in the public and so that the people will know if they are launching something or not. The question now is why Mark was the one who launched it first when in-fact it was Elon who started this engagement? As I said, doesn't really make sense.

While Elon was trying to turn Twitter into a town hall of the world and video hosting site, Facebook is about to kill its plan. Doesn't sound like a gimmick, they are rivals. This is like China vs the US already lol Zuckerberg for US while Elon for China.

There were reports that Zuckerberg is developing a Twitter-like platform that will compete with the real Twitter bought by Musk. This is a threat to Elon's new toy and seems like the war is really on between the two. It's just unsure if they will really be doing it physically.

I know this is a joke. Elon can't fight Mark anyway. Because Mark has a really fit body and does sports regularly. On the other hand, Musk does not have a good body. Also, I've seen him smoke pot before on a radio show. Elon is more witty and smarter. But he doesn't stand a chance against Mark. I think he knows that too. That's why he's only bringing this up as a joke. I don't think they will ever fight. But this issue will probably continue to be on the agenda for a while in the world of magazines.

This so called fight is never going to happen, but let's talk about the hypothetical possibilities. Elon is much taller and heavier when compared to Mark Zuckerberg. Age is the only domain where Mark gets the advantage. But IMO, Elon looks healthier than Mark, and both these individuals don't suffer from any serious health issues at this point. I really hate Mark Zuckerberg, because he is the same guy who stole the idea of cryptocurrency and then tried to replace Bitcoin with his nonsense Libra project. In the end he had to shelve his plans though.

The physical fight between Elon Musk and Mark Zukerberg might not happen as reported in the media because I don't see any reason why two billionaires would come on stage and exchange punches.
But they're already having clashes in the internet space as a result of the latter's launch of another social media app called Thread which has similar features with Twitter. Elon Musk has initiated so many rules on Twitter since he took over the ownership of the app which majority of the app's users aren't cool with and thus the excitement and switch of these users to the new Thread. 30 million users signed up on the app on it's first day and still counting. Twitter might be a thing if the past in time to come because many it's users are switching to Thread

But, age doesn't matter as they say. Elon might be old in terms of age but he doesn't look old physically. His build are still fine and it seems he is working out regularly. He is also productive like Mark because if he isn't then he won't have different large companies.

These two big personalities already prove something to their selves and the rumored fight that is going to happen is only just a friendly match to give us entertainment. You don't want to watch it? Maybe you are just a boring person. I don't think a collab for the both of them will happen because Elon owned Twitter which is a known rival of Facebook and it's been a long time since these sites are competing for each other.

But age still matters because his physique might not be able to survive if the fight goes on for too long. And we know youth lasts longer than old age so Mark is just waiting for Elon to look tired and end it all.

By the way, Mark launched the Threads application, which is similar to Twitter, making Elon feel that Mark copied Twitter. And this will be an interesting drama to watch because there will definitely be tough competition between Elon and Mark. That is what I heard from the local news.

It's a competition after all, but Zuck doesn't seem to have enough ideas to make a different look than has to be the same as Twitter. This is the conflict of geniuses and they fight using genius companion weapons. We can't interfere and can only see who is better.
Regarding Elon Musk's policy on Twitter which has experienced development, there are indeed many who don't like it and the policy regarding the Purchase of Blue Checks will be used by bad people to create fake accounts that look genuine for the purpose of deceiving others. But who is the best, Twitter or threads? it's a choice for each of them both are equally great but whoever is older is still the current ruler.

I learnt one of the reasons for the successful creation and launch of Meta's Thread, is due to the fact that Mark hired many of the employees and top executives who worked at Twitter before they got fired, prior to the acquisition by Elon.

These new employees were of course the brains who designed Twitter and still has access to its secrets.
Let's hope this Thread by Meta won't orchestrate or lend voice to political manipulation or become a tool against the users privacy.

I’m curious on who you think want to stop people from watching Tucker on Twitter. Would they take away your devices and literally stop you from watching him? Tucker is free to say whatever on Twitter and if people chose not to listen, would you say he’s being censored? He’s also free to open an account on Threads lol. He should obey their TOS if he does register.
Also, you claim twitter censored posts before Elon took over. Perhaps, if those posts didn't violate any of the terms, then they wouldn’t have been censored. Hate, misinformation and outright lies shouldn’t be allowed or encouraged on any platform.

Elon Musk has both height and weight advantage which means that he could be able to target any part of Mark Zuckerberg's body with little restriction. His punch could also have much impact on his opponents. But Musk will be more flexible because of his small stature. He would be able to move freely or easily around the ring. His punches or attacks will always be swift and unexpected. Elon's punch will not be as fast as Marks'. I don't know how long or how may rounds the match will have or last but the CEO of Meta will have more stamina to fight longer. He looks more fit than Elon so he might have the advantage of fighting for longer hours. The longer the fight, the more chances Mark has to win it.

With the recent events and the way things have turned out, I believe more about the uncertainty of this fight ever happening. From here on out, we might just see them fighting over the lawsuit. Twitter's move to open source most of their algorithms and infrastructure may have been used to build out threads. It's going to be a long fight because Zuck and Meta haven't had a win in recent times and this is their first big breakthrough since Metaverse dealt them a huge blow.

They won't back out. The fight might hold just not in a ring but in a courtroom.

Threads app from Zuckerberg is doing really great,over 60 mln users sign up with in 24 hours after its release,this was such a huge blow that Musk posted "Competition welcome,cheating not" means that he did not like at all the move from Zuck.I think that anyone is trying to do their best and nowadays the technology is so easy that people like Zuck or Musk have no problems in copy pasting each other,the benefit of this fight is for all us,we have more options where to choose from and I think this is a good thing for most people,die hard fans will continue with either one of them that they favor yet I use both Threads and Twitter and I see no problems in doing so.

The same Elon Musk that has been trying to forced people to subscribe into his twitter revenue plans, he limited unverified users tweet feeds on their timeline and was also making excuses about servers on how to minimized servers because acccording to him, he think people doesn't need all the tweets they need everyday which is someone not convincing logically, he is only trying to Bid to his pocket and it is understandable to everyone.

The platform you are talking about is called Thread, it is similar to Twitter and has some features in common and under 24 hours they had millions of users that troop to the platform and that has made Elon become insecure which is why he is trying to sue them for something that I don't see anything, I believe Twitter is an open source platform, I don't know why he is crying like a baby.

I don't mean to see them fight because it is not really needed anyway and I'm just expecting that there could be something behind these acts but half of me is thinking that it's much more interesting if we will see them dancing inside the same ring/octagon as it will heighten the tension between the two of them. Threads has been released already if I'm not mistaken, and there are a lot of buzz surrounding it. Haven't heard about Elon's responds though, but for sure he will have to do something about it. Although is twitter is still the king, Mark's new app is going to compete with twitter for sure.

So yeah, this might irked Elon and really pushed themselves for a competition. But I don't see them settling this thru a fight. This billionaires know better, so taking to the court might be the best recourse of action here.
