OP had been dropping some links to some gambling-related sites as well so it's kind of sketchy as to what his relationship with the companies. But he is somewhat a rep of the TRonfun, he would have the right to publish a proper ANN thread in the forum. He'd been in the forum for a while he knows the rules.

I confess that I looked for their TOS and didn't see anything, and I had to resort to this link you posted to be able to read their TOS, and honestly it's a very simple TOS, they didn't say anything about kyc, which I suppose if they didn't no tos so don't ask for kyc, something that despite being something that would one day make governments persecute the casino at the same time is beneficial for people who want to be anonymous, although this site is very new, op did not create an ann well presented thread and also not active in answering people's questions in this thread, this type of behavior is very worrying, it reveals a very dark side.

Also, based on the terms, they will ask kyc if deem necessary. But before they start asking for kyc, make sure they have their gambling license already.
Because in case of big winnings and they start asking for your credentials, I don't think it is fair from the player to submit his personal details if you are not licensed yet.

We proceeded in a question-and-answer format with the person helping to create. but , he copied from someone else. and when we published it on the site, we checked it in detail and removed it instantly. all happened in 2-5 minutes. Of course it's our mistake and  we instantly created one ourselves and updated it.

It is totally wrong and unacceptable such acts from the casino. They should have had a team to do review on the sites and vital important information on the website should have been cross checked before full running of the website. The developer too should be be ashamed of what they have done by plagiarising other casinos white paper when they should have been able to formulate theirs in line with their casino operations but it is unfortunate that they could act so childish copying from another casino. Does the developer knows the gravity of the crime he or he has committed.
I think the professionalism of the developer should be questioned.

Firstly, never use md5, it's been fully obsoleted for almost 15 years. You're already using sha256, so just stick to that. No need to mix in anything different.  But the way you use it is very strange, you md5 the ROUND_CREATED ... for no purpose. And then don't md5 the ROUND_ENDED.  You could actually just remove md5 with no functional difference.


But your fatal flaw is you have control of three variables SECRET, ROUND_CREATED and ROUND_ENDED. There's no way to validate that these values are picked fairly.  The ROUND_ENDED is particularly insidious, because it would allow you to trivially cheat (i.e. make the round end 1 second later/earlier to prevent someone winning big).


If you are interested, I'm happy to help you integrate a best-in-class provably fair system and give you some demo code. I run https://provablyhonest.com/  and your roulette use case is well supported. Basically you'd use a hash-chain exactly like this: https://github.com/provablyhonest/vx-demo/blob/master/crash.ts#L75  and I'd make a custom roulette game type for you (which the outcome could be simply  `vx_signature % 15` ). The provably fair system on this site is completely obsolete, as the "Secret" string you are using for roulette can be cherrypicked once bets are placed - meaning the entire round result can be swayed in the house's favour if a large bet is placed on a certain spot. Taking a quick look at your Duels game mode, it also seems to have a faulty provably fair system.

Consider using a hash chain for your roulette, with the client seed being picked via seeding event, and using EOS block hashes for your Duels.

Because if they will just ignore some important queries, I don't think they will survive long in this business.
A lot of these players will just move on and not use their site if they are not very transparent with things.
But as said above, they said they will fix thing one by one, maybe prioritize the vital aspects of the site first.
