I have NOT found anything key regarding the KYC, has anyone had to comply with the KYC to be able to make a withdrawal? Even if it is true that they are working to add more games that make them busy, they should not ignore their players.

It's rather unfortunate though, many online platforms, like mostly casinos, can invest in several part of their business to make it so attractive to prospective customers and more, but then, fail woefully in terms of investing in that one thing or rather, feature that will keep the supposed customers..

If still mo reply coming from them why not post a scam accusation against them? Provably with this it will reach their attention that there's someone exposing that there's a issue happening on their new casino. This is bit annoying knowing that support is needed when some issue occur and to bad that they can't deliver good service as their support is absent when the time they are badly needed. I guess this is red flag already and I suggest to avoid this casino for a while.
