I have found something that I would name it "Litecoin bar" - it is picture with text "8kB" or "128kB" and a number (15 or 16 digits, all decimal, not hex).
Also picture have graphics of gold bar.

Seems like something like a hidden private key in these digits.

How to decipher these digits assuming that they can be private key for Litecoin?

Do you have a picture of it?  If you throw some pics up here I can probably figure out what it is.  In terms of privkey is there some sort of security hologram on the bar.  If the alpha-num is on the bar in full site it might be the public key to some priv key embedded into the bar under a security hold.  Throw some pics up and will check it out for you.

I don't think it would be wise of him to post the picture here on a public forum reason being that it would become public information and it would become a race,  the first person to decipher the info. If you want to help it would be better he sent it to you through DM just to restrict the information but from what he described I doubt it is a private key

If you have a picture on it and wanted to post it here make it blurry so that no one can decipher but reading or determining the codes won't help.
Litecoin private keys are commonly encoded in Wallet Import Format (WIF) or as hexadecimal strings, correct me if I'm wrong with this.  If the digits you mentioned follow a different format, it might require additional analysis to determine the appropriate decoding method.

IMO, you need to be careful of this showing to anyone, it should be trusted, not anyone else over the internet.
